A lovely warm welcome. Fantastic care from the young lady who washed my hair and a brilliant cut and finish as always.

Wanted a new hairstyle with a fringe!!. Sade was amazing and advised me how short to cut and checked as she cut to make sure I was happy. Am delighted I went for new style and knew Sade would give me the result I wanted. Very pleased.

Lovely people and great results

This is the fourth time I’ve been to Sammy and I really love the way she does my hair. I would be reluctant to let anyone else do it. I don’t have the easiest hair to work with and sammy always has the patience to do it properly.
Today an assistant called Channel helped dry and straighten my hait and she was lovely too.

Really pleased with my colour . Did the job just as I wanted to bring colour and glow to my hair . Beautiful conditioning products . Very sweet and professional hairstylist . I will return thanks

I just got home from my hair appointment and I looked at my diary to see exactly what I had written down. So. When I had originally booked my appointment for 1pm today I was told I would pay £45 minus £10 discount as I had advised I had a text offer. Then I changed the time this morning from 1pm to 4pm and that’s all it was said in the call, I went to pay and it was £61 including the discount- so obviously when I changed the appointment time whoever answered the phone failed to tell me that my hair cut would be £26 more expensive. Is that the salon policy? I’m not sure this is honest. Sorry

Sade did an amazing job with my hair, the best it has ever looked. She completed what I asked and even gave her own opinion about what style would be best suited for my hair which I valued very much.

I have been going to Academy in Claygate for a few years and can honestly say they always deliver great results. There is a high level of attention to delivering excellent customer service/experience and there is a happy highly skilled team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great cut + company as ever

Had my hair cut yesterday by Coral and I love it! Great friendly service and had lots of compliments on the cut! Will definitely be coming back!

Had my hair cut and coloured today this Sade. Sade always gives excellent advice on best colours to suit and cut my hair exactly as per the picture I showed her. I came away feeling amazing and have had numerous comments on how lovely my hair looked. Can't recommend Sade highly enough. In fact the whole experience at Academy is lovely as all staff very professional and welcoming

Perfect as always.

I thought I would give Academy a try as my usual barber was extremely busy and i didn't have time to wait. I popped in to Academy on the off chance they could squeeze me in and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Melanie. She was extremely helpful and sat me down with a coffee while she arranged for one of the other girls to cut my hair. Candice took me through and washed my hair before giving it a cut and making me look presentable once again. I was extremely happy with the end result and will definitely be coming here form now on instead of my usual barber. Thanks Girls and keep up the good work!
