Worst hairdresser ever, Ruined my hair

As always a warm welcome by the lovely anita and her mum.
I have been coming to this salon for many years and will continue due to the excellent service and always pleased with my hair afterwards.

I have been a regular customer with Antoinette for many years. She has styled, coloured and cut my hair, offering me advice too on the best style to suit me. Nothing is too much trouble. A very welcoming and warm hairdresser and I totally recommended this salon.

I hate to write a bad review but I feel a duty to in this instance. I just had a short back and sides and never knew it could be done so badly. The lady was friendly but it was very apparent sge had never been taught how to use clippers or scissors. Not only could i tell this by the way she used them, but I was left with shaved patches and an undercut on one side when i just wanted a simple blend.
Please please please send her on a course and get her trained up! I'll never be going back which is a shame as its local to me but I wonder how many others you've lost already.

I had a warm welcome when I went in there, sat in the chair and was offered a drink. Had my hair coloured, then while waiting for the colour to take hold was offered another drink. Had a nice relaxing hair wash whilst sitting in the massage chair. The staff are very friendly. This was my 2nd time there and have booked another appointment for later in the year.

I brought a Groupon a little while ago for a cut and colour with spa hot towel treatment and I know that buying a groupon in regards to what you will get can be a risk but as I usually buy groupons for cut and colour I risked it. I have to say I was very disappointed!! The hairdresser was a little slow in her work and did not seem like she was very confident even though she said she had been cutting hair for years, she got my hair tangled and pulled a lot but she was very lovely! Although she made a comment about me writing a good comment on the review card so she can show the manager who I believe was a relative that she was good! I paid an extra £20 for a full head but wished I had studied my hair better as when I got home she had only done the highlights up to a certain point and there was a gap of around 3 cm between my scalp and where the highlights began so the roots looked dreadful! The cut was nice but nothing like i wanted and one side was longer than the other. As for the sp

At first I was pleased with the service and the lady was friendly. Until the cut started she basically brushed my hair flat to my head and trimmed along the bottom. I questioned whether it was level and instead of checking properly she got a mirror and showed me the back was straight which wasn't my issue. I then asked her to dry my hair a bit more as it was still damp at the routes, she became rude and told me I was wrong. I've since called several times to speak to a manager in the hope of getting it fixed. Every time I've spoken to the same woman who has been very unhelpful and put the phone down on me. I wish I'd seen the review below before going as I wouldn't have ended up in this situation.

uneven cut, had to come home and cut off long bits of hair to make all same length, even something so simple as blowdry poor still wet when left salon and even used hair straightners on damp hair, over priced for quality of service. Sorry won't be coming back.

This is a very best hair salon in Chertsey great service and very professional and friendly stylists who love hair and offer you the best service and you leave feeling very relaxed and with great hair the colour is great just what I asked for will be definitely recommending and returning
