I cannot thank Lily enough, I had a few bad hair experiences before coming to Touché Caterham and Lily made me feel comfortable from the start, she listened to what I wanted and i felt confident when I left the salon ? I love my purple hair! I would highly recommend Lily and Touché Caterham Team for all your hair needs.

Fran is very professional it is only the second time Fran has cut my hair I didn’t have to explain to her how I wanted my hair cut she immediately knew what I wanted.

I saw Nicki with a view to getting a very short hairstyle from a mid length style.. I only had a few pictures and Nicki gave some great advice. The result is that I am so happy with my cut and I’m so glad I listened to Nicki. She is a talented stylist indeed

Had a lovely colour regrowth combined with a good trim of my bangs! Always come out looking ? percent better than when I walked in. Also great wash and head massage by Sadie. Highly recommend.

Loved my experience at Touché yesterday. Nicki does such a good job of colouring and styling my hair. IAs ever I had a tratment for my hair which makes it look and feel great. And the head massage is a wonderful bonus. I feel as if I'm younger each time I visit the salon. Thank you Nicki and Cloe.

Lauren was great at checking i was happy with the colours she would be using as I explained that the last salon I visited used a colour that was too dark and didn't suit my complection, so I needed a full head of highlights so I could start again. She was really accommodating when I had to move my car half way through my session as I'd run out of time in the car park. She was happy to take more of the length when I asked her too and took into consideration that I normally wear my hair curly and that would effect the length one dry, but was having it blow dried straight as a one off.
I will definitely be back when my roots need doing! Thank you Lauren. I feel like me again!

I can’t thank Laura and Belinda enough. Had a disaster with my new extensions that turned purple with silver shampoo. Phoned Belinda straight away (very embarrassed with my blunder) and she was so lovely and understanding. She got me a same day appointment and Laura managed to save my new extension. Laura was amazing and after a second attempt she got my colour back to normal. She didn’t charge me despite it being my silly mistake. So, so grateful! Amazing service as usual and all staff were friendly and made me feel reassured! Thank you so much!!

Lily is amazing at what she does, she is knowledgeable about her field and is always professional, takes her time and listens to requests and advises when needed. I would definitely recommend Lily and in fact I have….to 2 others who are now going to her too!
