I booked a cut for my Birthday plus we were going to Spain for a holiday so I was looking for something special - I wasn’t disappointed I was greeted like an old friend and the experience was first class - very invigorating shampoo with mint applied by clearly a professional hair technician and a very trendy cut by Helena left me feeling 10 years younger and ready for birthday celebrations and a well earned holiday ! Highly recommended and great experience !

The Shapoonist did a great job & didn't want her to stop as she was messaging my head after she put on the conditioner. Claire was very thorough and precise &knew what I wanted! Made me look like a million dollar princess with nowhere to go except babysit!!

Only been with Claire a short while but she is great. She understands my needs & my hair. Really pleased. Thank you

I had some lovely highlights put in by Calli, lovely colours. Great cut and blow dry with Helena. She always listens to what I want and always has great advice. I always enjoy my visits. All the staff are friendly and you get looked after so well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Brilliant service from Danielle who is new. She was running over by 15 mins so offered me a complimentary treatment which was great.

She was also very efficient - I was there less than 3 hours even though I have long hair and needed it coloured, cut and dried!

She was also very personable and a pleasure to have a chat with!

I have been a client of Michelle for so long I had some concerns about change of stylist. However, I am very pleased that Michelle recommended Bev - very happy following my visit to the salon today.

Natalie did a lovely job on Saturday and I’m very happy with my trim. Georgina is my usual stylist/ therapist and has done a brilliant job transforming my previously very neglected hair. I’ve had excellent advice over the months on maintenance,treatments, products to use etc and I’m now seeing the results!
I used to hate going to the hairdressers but I think even my mindset may have been transformed too!
It’s also very welcoming by the lovely receptionists.

This is my last cut at Touch's, as I'm moving away, and i will miss the service and good atmosphere here.

Helena has been cutting my hair now for 24 (ish) years since she was a trainee and I still wouldn't have it done by anyone else. H and the rest of the staff are always ultra friendly and helpful, the coffee is always good, the beer always cold, the wine yet to be tried. The wash and conditioner before the cut is totally relaxing, I've been known to fall asleep during the conditioner. If you're looking for a haircut in the Caterham area, this is the place to go

the staff here are very attentive and nothing is to much. Reasonably priced and a clean salon. Nothing else in the area comes close for service.

....what can i say. Went in with a grown out ombre and came out with a perfectly blended balayage/ baby lights. Instagram worthy hair.
