I popped in out of the blue needing a very overdue haircut. I got an appointment for ten minutes time, and was offered, and served, a (really good) coffee. So, we got off on a good footing. And it continued...
Danny did a great job: A very relaxing wash, and head massage to die for, friendly, chatty (although I think that it was her listening skills that I put to the test) and she managed to make me look more than respectable again. She is confident and precise with good attention to detail. I've already booked my next appointment so as to avoid dissapointment.

I have been coming to Touche Caterham ever since I moved to the area from London and going to the same hairdresser for years I didn't think I would find somewhere comparable.
The ladies are so lovely and friendly and there is always welcoming happy vibe. They also do great coffee

Laura is a little gem, she is that good, since I moved away, I now travel 1.5hr each way for my cut and colour.. and is it worth it??!! Absolutely!!! I don’t bother with reviews, but this is a second one I left, simply book and see for yourself you won’t go back to your old hairdresser ever again, her cut and colour makes me feel 10years younger! It is hard to find a hairdresser who is equally as good with colour as cutting and Laura really is amazing at both! Thank you so very much Laura ????

As always the service was great and Helena always listens to what I would like done and does just that. It was only afterwards that I realised I didn’t get the cup of tea I asked for but that doesn’t usually happen. .

Professional and friendly team. So happy with my colour, cut and style! Very efficient team (but not rushed) so you don't have to spend hours in the salon and can get on with the rest of your day! Will definitely go back.

It’s been a very long time since I have had such a wonderful experience at a hair salon and I have been to some very expensive well known places too that I won’t mention! But Touché in caterham topped them by a mile! It has a lovely atmosphere with staff that clearly care about their customers and the salon itself. Very friendly and accommodating. I don’t do reviews normally. I should! But, this experience definitely deserves to be praised!
I must add that the reason the result only gets 4 stars (everything else is a 5!) is because my hair was a little too dark than I would like, after the toner was applied, although the colours were lovely. And it was used to tone down any brassy areas, so I can understand why it was used. I called the salon to ask them for advice on how to lighten it up and the manager booked me in immediately to lighten my hair to the colour I wanted. I honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble and I never made to feel a nuisance. The result of my hair after the second appointment is again really nice. They gave me another full head of highlights! I couldn’t believe how happy they were to give me the hair I wanted! Just amazing! And a huge shout out to Fran who is a hair star in the making!! Ironically, my hair now has some warmer tones that I want to cool down, but having said that, Again the service was brilliant, we talked it through and I was given some high end purple shampoo free of charge to help speed that process and also invited to come back in for a toner if I was still a little unhappy.
Despite my hair being a little too warm, I would definitely go back and definitely recommend! They seem very passionate about what they do and to get to know their customers well and cater for their needs. It was my first time there so I feel next time we will both know exactly what I want and need, now know how my hair behaves!! Like I say I would definitely return!!

It was my first time at Touché and the atmosphere in the salon was really nice .Leah did my colour which I thought was excellent! Laura did my hair cut fast which I liked! She gave me advice on my hair and I left the salon loving my hair cut and colour, thumbs up for Touché ????

I'm going to a big event and Danielle new exactly how I should have my hair. I wasn't to sure at first, but she was 100% right. I love it!! And of course a great cut.
