From the moment you step in the place the staff are all warm and friendly they listen to your request and offer there own input by far the most amazing experience I have had in a long time

My first haircut at a Salon for my 10th birthday and I loved it.

Once again I came away feeling amazing and 25 years younger! My new soft caramel tones will brighten even the dullest of days, such a professional job, fantastic! ?

Natalie is a very experienced & talented stylist. I am always pleased with my colour, cut & blow dry. The salon has a friendly & welcoming atmosphere.

Always a good experience at Touche Caterham. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Did have a bit of trouble with the wash basins today. Seemed to move about so much water leaking down my neck . ?

Excellent as usual, but it's about time they got rid of the disposable gowns, if you don't have to wear a face mask now surely a proper gown could be worn.

Sorry probably won’t visit again the hair wash after colour was not washed out properly and hair conditioner not rinsed out either had to go to visit another salon for hair wash and dry

Once again, I was delighted by my hair colour and cut. Fran is a great stylist and colour expert, always knowing and understanding the right colour to use and the reasoning behind it. I value her opinion every visit I make to Touché. I also had my hair washed and toner applied by Lauren, a brilliant apprentice with a great technique. It was so lovely and relaxing, I nearly fell asleep. Thank you team Touché.

This was my first visit to the salon
which was light and airy and run efficiently. I spent three months trying to grow out a ‘lockdown mistake’ and yearned for a professional shape now.
I explained what I was looking for as I know how my hair falls and curls backing it up with photos.
***** said yes yes, cut deftly and quickly, asking me again what happened to the hair before: she clearly hadn’t listened. I’ve ended up with exactly what doesn't work and now it’s another struggle for months to grow it back.

I asked for a hair cut and even shown a picture how I would like it and didn’t cut it my way. I don’t like my hair cut at all and I’m having a wedding on Friday . I should stick to my previous hairdresser.
Not happy at all.

Leah did my colour very well and with confidence. She should do well in her exams.
