First visit since moving house and I'm super impressed! My hair was coloured and cut by Jodie who totally understood what i wanted leaving me feeling and looking amazing. She made me feel totally at ease and totally Covid safe.
I was lucky enough to have a facial with Karen afterwards. Her beauty room is a beautiful calm oasis she is super professional and approachable, her products are pure luxury and totally affordable. A wonderful salon with an awesome team will definitely go back.

Had an amazing facial today plus a peel, the unexpected massage was divine! My skin is glowing and feels soft and smooth, Karen is a wonder with her hands! Will definitely be having that one again!

What a treat to see Kat and the team after such a long break for the last lockdown. As always, I felt pampered and well looked after; now my hair looks fabulous and I feel so much happier after having some human interaction outside of my household. Just what the doctor ordered!

Welcoming, friendly, professional and mindful of safety too. I have no complaints at all - everybody treats you so well and they know their trade!

Felt like a real treat coming out for a haircut and Emma did a fab job.

They understand how much I love to temporarily colour my hair all colours, but that my roots have to be bleached for the temporary colours to cling to. They get the bleaching just how I want it to be.

It's always lovely coming in and Jodie cuts and styles my hair really nicely. All safety measures in place for a Covid safe environment and still a lovely, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

A beautiful colour and haircut today at the salon. I felt that the stylist listened really carefully to What I wanted and I’ve cone home feeling much lighter and brighter. Beautiful job.

I go all the time and I absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly and it’s clear they work well as a team. Emma does my hair and she’s fab as is Jodie and Kat who have also done my hair. Karen is a great beautician and did a beautiful make-over for me. Nicola does a fantastic job of washing my hair and she does a great head massage. This salon is a really gem in Caterham and I feel lucky to go there.

Always a pleasure to be pampered and to walk out feeling a million dollars!! I do love my visits to see Katherine and her team

I go to Time regularly for my hair and beauty needs and the new beauty therapist Karen, along with the new range of treatments from Germaine de Cappucini are just brilliant. Honestly I can't recommend them enough. All the staff are lovely and welcoming, and I've just walked out of there on Cloud 9 after a Time Expert facial. Love it.

I can highly recommend the team here. My hair was a pre-lockdown disaster and I applied to be one of their training models. I had a cut and blow dry last night and the result is amazing. The whole experience was great - from hygiene to the cut itself.
Great attention to detail, and what I really liked is that the trainer was lovely to her trainee. Guiding and helpful and always friendly. I’ve been in salons before where the trainees are treated like the lowest of the low and just given orders and told what they’re doing wrong. Not so here.
And the trainees (I won’t mention names) were great - one doing hair washing and one on the actual cut. My hair was a real challenge and I wouldn’t have blamed her if she’d run a mile. But she persevered and the result is like a professional stylist had done it. They deserve to do really well in their courses.

Karen the most fantastic therapist made this facial such a wonderfully relaxing treatment. My skin felt really soft and glowing afterwards. This was my second facial and I could really feel and see the difference. The salon is really lovely, welcoming and the staff make you feel like your amongst friends. I’m booking my next treatment!
