Keira did a great job with my hair. Very happy. The salon is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. It's a very chilled place and I felt really relaxed! Had a complimentary coffee and biscuits whilst waiting for my colour to develop! Will be back for hair and will also try out the beauty treatments here too!

Hi, I don’t like your service really I did my highlights n my root touch from somewhere else but time ur collegue all ruined my colour , I told them
Plz don’t make my hair dark which colour I have right now do it that one but they never listen to me , even when I say it’s totally different colour which u did they never admit , if customers are not happy and satisfied then how you say we are right I don’t like your service every time I come they do different thing and they colour on my fore head and it look very bad n they don’t try to clean it properly.

The Time team are fantastic!. I first visited seeking help with my over dyed dark hair. Katherine and Emma have transformed my hair and I am thrilled with my blonde balayage. They have managed to achieve a look I love and also maintain the shine and condition.

Really nice haircut and pleasant staff

Today I had my I treated myself to a cut and blow dry. I left The hairdresser feeling very happy with my hair. When my hair looks nice I feel happy within myself

Kat and the team are amazing! I’ve been going to the Time team now for 5+yrs as no one colours my hair like Kat does, the cut is also great. The coffee, chat and the little extras like the beauty treatments always make the ‘time’ there a real treat!

A blissful pedicure with Karen. Such a lovely experience

I have been coming to Time Hair & Beauty for a few years and the team are always friendly, professional and dedicated.
The atmosphere is perfect for the location - welcoming, relaxed and, best of all, none of the trendy and pretentiousness of many salons.
I had a big colour change today which ended up being quite hard to deliver and took an hour longer than planned; meaning Emma & Jodie had to stay for an hour after closing. All done with a smile; total focus on ensuring I got the look I was looking for. Have had lots of compliments already - so well worth their efforts!

This was my first beauty treatment, Karen made it an enjoyable experience where I felt relaxed. The room was beautifully clean and inviting. Karen also gave advice on future treatments, mine was a bikini line wax so how to space them apart and be ready for our holiday in July x

I have only recently started using this gem of a salon in caterham! The service is always excellent and I’ve now even entrusted Kat to do my wedding hair and make up in a few weeks following a very successful trial! I will definitely be a regular customer at Time

Excellent haircut with Katherine!

I had the Time expert rides collagen boost facial & a glycocure renewing peel & can highly recommend both treatments. My skin looked & felt amazing & the Germaine de Cappuccini products were not greasy & gave my complexion a lovely glow. It’s always great to go along & have a treatment with Karen. Not only is she great at what she does but is very informative & makes you feel so relaxed you don’t want to leave!

I was desperate for a hair cut, had popped into other salons during the day who were rude and unhelpful. Time was my last hope, walked in and they got me booked in for that afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff. Had my hair cut from Emma, she listened to what I wanted and was very attentive the whole time. Going back in a couple of weeks for a change of colour. Couldn’t fault the service here and would highly recommend to anyone. Plus the salon is lovely, warm, clean, inviting and very professional!

Came in today in the off chance for a cut and blow dray and Jodie was amazing! She managed to fit me in and I walked out with fab hair! Customer service and level of experience is always high class here! Would defo recommend !
