I’ve been going to Michaela for my hair and she is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly manner and genuine attention to detail. She really listens to what you want, offers great professional advice, and always ensures you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair.
I had my hair cut into a bob, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it — the shape and finish is perfect. It feels light, healthy, and easy to manage. Michaela takes real pride in her work, and it shows in how precise and thoughtful she is throughout the appointment.
The customer service is outstanding — nothing feels rushed, and she always makes sure you’re happy with every detail before you leave. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and so pleased with my new look.

It's a lovely experience visiting Charlie Brown hairdressers, Banstead.
I find the members of staff very welcoming, polite, warm and genuinely friendly. In particular Michaela and Abi who were my first point of contact at my initial assessment. They are open and honest in their assessment and feedback of my hair and the treatment I was enquiring about.
Their blow dries are wonderful and you leave the salon feeling really well looked after and cared for.
Such a great salon and the staff members really work as a team, in fact they are like one big happy family.

Michaela did a fantastic job on my colour today. My hair is slowly turning white but not everywhere which has its challenges. Michaela really listened to my concerns and came up with a solution of Flying Colours highlights for certain sections of my hair which had an amazing result looks so natural and blends perfectly. Great service great haircut and colour!
I arrived for a haircut expecting a good professional service but my experience fell far below those expectations. The appointment lasted no more than 20 minutes and my hair was left.
Despite clearly showing the stylist a reference photo of the haircut I wanted, less than a centimetre was taken off the back of my hair, which did not reflect what I asked for at all. I was looking for a restyle not just a trim since I had not visited a hair salon for 6 months.
This left me feeling disappointed and ignored, as though my instructions and expectations were not taken seriously.
To add to my frustration, I was charged £73 for this service, which I do not believe reflects the quality or completeness of what was provided.
