Michaela did a fantastic job on my colour today. My hair is slowly turning white but not everywhere which has its challenges. Michaela really listened to my concerns and came up with a solution of Flying Colours highlights for certain sections of my hair which had an amazing result looks so natural and blends perfectly. Thank you I’ll definitely be back !

Great service great haircut and colour!
I arrived for a haircut expecting a good professional service but my experience fell far below those expectations. The appointment lasted no more than 20 minutes and my hair was left.
Despite clearly showing the stylist a reference photo of the haircut I wanted, less than a centimetre was taken off the back of my hair, which did not reflect what I asked for at all. I was looking for a restyle not just a trim since I had not visited a hair salon for 6 months.
This left me feeling disappointed and ignored, as though my instructions and expectations were not taken seriously.
To add to my frustration, I was charged £73 for this service, which I do not believe reflects the quality or completeness of what was provided.
