I was sceptical about trying another new salon after 2 previous bad experiences but I needn’t have worried. Louise took time to listen to what I wanted and with her expertise and skill restored my faith in hairdressers. I am over the moon with my hair cut and it has given me a total confidence boost.

Went here to get bad cut sorted. Have 'difficult' hair but Louise did a fantastic job. Easy to style and stayed looking good for 12 weeks. Looking forward to appointment tomorrow

Phoned last minute to have my eyebrows waxed and managed to get an appointment. I absolutely adore them and the lady was so lovely and easy to chat to! Brilliant service.

Having had a bad hair experience with another salon, I first went to Rootz , where Louise, with her talent,made it good again! Such an amazing, friendly, family atmosphere.... with hairdressers that know what they're doing and actually listen.... it's about getting customers satisfied for them..... not just getting 'bums on chairs!'
I'm disabled and they couldn't go out of their way more for me, but they also do for any customers!
(Also serve yummy biscuits with a cuppa ?). Thoroughly recommended!!! Xx
