Here at Toni&Guy Newmarket we pride ourselves on a friendly and professional service throughout your salon experience.
We opened the salon in the town centre in 2005 making it easily accessible to clients living in the town and surrounding areas.
Our strong team of passionate stylists and technicians have been working hard in the industry for over a decade. During this time they have gained recognition within the company and provide a service that reflects this.
At Toni&Guy Newmarket we have a strong work ethic and comfortable salon feel which will give clients exceptional results and a relaxed experience.
All of our team are willing to help and advise be it with new colour, styling or find the right product to help you recreate your salon style.

Frankly, I have had better experiences in my 22 years as a Toni & Guy devotee. But I have had the odd one that was way-worse. My highlights weren't perfect but I am invited back for complimentary remedial work next week. I bumped into my previous T&G technician in the shop next-door who noted toner used to go on after each set was washed off. Grabbing profit by cutting corners won't win in the end. Do it right first time, every time, and you have a winning way.

An alright haircut

I have had my haircut at the newmarket salon this evening and came out rather disappointed. The service wasn't to a great standard with my drink forgotten and a lack friendly communication from the lady who cut my hair. She barely said two words to me and seemed very grumpy. When I got home and looked at my hair properly I found that my hair was different lengths each side and the layers and shaping around my hair weren't blended in and just looked like steps in my hair. Unfortunately this time I was not impressed with the standard of service, I understand that everyone has a bad day but I feel very disappointed

I had some highlights put into my hair and because I have had dark hair all of my life, it was a bit of a shock, and the colour I chose was a bit too yellow in my hair. I rang up the salon to see if I could have a more muted toner and I was delighted to find out that they could do it on the same day and free of charge! I'm very happy with the service. All the girls (and Steven) are very pleasant.

Had my hair done today Steve, new to the Newmarket branch. He has done a fantastic job and I love my new style. He was patient, understanding and cut my hair exactly as I asked. Attention to detail was outstanding, all the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Fantastic service from start to finish!
