I booked an appointment. Took a morning off work. Drove to Ipswich and paid for parking and 15 minutes before the appointment was due was phoned by the saloon and told they could not do my hair for 50 minutes after the appointment was due to start. No real explanation was given. I was due back at my desk at 1pm and could not wait that length of time. If I had have done that to them they would have charged me. Unreliable.

Location, atmosphere, cleanliness all fine. Terri gives a professional hair cut and great conversation.

First time Terri has done my highlights, but as always perfect colour, Alice gave me a lovely head massage and blow dry couldn’t be happier, always excellent no matter which technician you choose, all so well trained. Thank you.

After being away from the salon for months it felt fantastic to be back in the salon! The team were amazing, showcasing outstanding Covid practices and made my daughter and I feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I cannot rate or recommend Sammy and Chantelle enough; professional, friendly and expertise is a constant with them. We left feeling like Hollywood bombshells!

Really pleased with the results. Natalie had some great ideas how to make the most of my curly hair and I went with it and was thrilled with the result.

Phew, so good to have a haircut again! Very happy with result. Had the salon to myself. The 8am appointment is so peaceful. Good to see robes ready in boxes with face mask and space for bag. Feels clean and safe and welcoming. And happy that the door was opened too.

It was my first time I've had a haircut at Toni&Guy and I thought the whole customer experience was great. Very friendly and easy to talk to staff, and it's the best hair cut I've ever had. I didn't realise the difference between a hairdresser and a barber before, but now I understand that hair dressers are properly trained to use comb and scissors, as barbers use clippers.
There is clearly allot more skill with a qualified hair dresser.
After today I am a customer for life...

Have been getting my hair cut by Natalie for at least two years (in Colchester) Always very happy with the cut and style- each cut keeps the style well. Lovely new salon in Ipswich!

Kind and considerate service

I went in with my son to get a haircut for him and his rather wild mop of hair. He had firm ideas set within vague requirements and the stylist Chantell was able to meet them all.
She produced a cut that suited his face whilst being undemanding on maintenance and yet still fulfilled his overall style demand.
I would certainly go back for the next cut.

The salon is clean and bright. Christine was helpful and made my difficult hair look good. All round very good.

Lovely cut and shape for my daughter on her birthday. I booked it for a Saturday but someone rang back and said if I booked on a Sunday I could get a 30% discount for a children’s cut.

Great hair cut just wished I hadn’t forked out £10 for a conditioning treatment as my hair was washed and done in less time than when I don’t buy this. Only shampoo and normal conditioner used I believe. I think the conditioning treatment was forgotten as was too quick.

I'm bummed that I dont remember the ladies name but she knows who she is! Amazing experience with all the staff and the haircut is fabulous!! I'm over the moon. She corrected the very bad haircut I'd paid way too much for only 3weeks ago.I do hope the girls get this 5 star review

Mollie really listened to how I wanted my hair and cut it exactly how I imagined. It was lovely to go to a salon where they know how to blow dry hair and do a good job of it! Thank you Mollie I love my hair cut.

Lovely new salon, bright and fresh. I have not tried Tony and Guy salons before. I was very happy with my haircut and Terri was very good listening to my ideas. The end result was better than I had imagined and I love the new shorter style!

Chantelle made my first grown up hair cut experience amazing she was lovely.

I usually see Natalie in Colchester, this time I travelled to Ipswich. Natalie is first class and a pleasure to see. I’ve been seeing her for a few years and can’t envisage a time when I won’t. Loved the new salon in Ipswich, very stylish. For me though Colchester is more on convenient.

All the girls were not only drop dead gorgeous, they were nifty with some scissors:)
When I am rich and famous I will be back.

Very helpful and friendly when booking my appointment. Apprentice was very good with her communication and friendly and clearly helpful and using her initiative with the clients. Natalie cut my hair, talked me through the new style and explaining how to best blow dry the fringe. Natalie also friendly and helpful.
