Always friendly whoever I have been to see, puts your mind at ease which is important considering the invasive nature of laser hair removal on intimate areas. I have extremely sensitive fair skin and have never had any issues with aftercare. Fab definitely recommend and bonus goodbye ingrown hairs!

Adele is always so friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable. Adele lets me know any information I need to know and she checks in with me through the treatment to make sure I am ok adjusting the settings if needed. Currently undergoing laser hair removal with Adele and laser tattoo removal with Emma. Both very friendly, professional and knowledgable. They talk you through everything in detail and help put you at ease, literally couldn't fault anything at all.
