My appointment was with Lana one of your training hair stylist I came away very pleased with my haircut.
I very disorganised about booking a hair appointment. I never book well in advance although I certainly should. I suddenly realised I need a cut then Holly wasn’t available. 😢 So I met Kian. He is absolutely great and I love his cut! So, as long as there’s no offence, I carry on being unplanned and choose which of Holly and Kian is available when I need a cut! I feel this is reflects how consistently great Redz is and how flexible they can be!

Absolutely superb! Ellie is thoughtful about every aspect of treatment(just like Libby used to be). Overall a very pleasant experience. Not sure how I would cope without it now! A lovely, friendly salon .

I'd booked for my son - a 16 year old isn't always easy to please but he was 'really happy' with his cut! Daisy cut it exactly as he'd asked.

When I arrived at the salon my hair was in poor condition and was not a flattering style. Ellie was lovely and advised me on hair care and listened to me when she asked what I wanted done. I had my hair cut shorter than normal and with layers cut in. I was extremely happy with the result. I will be returning in a couple of weeks to have a colour, which we discussed during the session. Daisy always listens to what I want, asks questions along the way to make sure and does an excellent job. She has a really good idea of how my hair needs to be cut, what works and what won’t work and makes good suggestions. I love getting my hair cut by her - thanks Daisy!

Lovely friendly atmosphere and service. Kian cuts hair so well and manages that very careful balance between listening to the customer's wishes and advising what works / looks best. Definitely a regular customer now!

Had a great colour , cut and blow dry with Kian today . A lovely young man who is easy and fun to chat to whilst he professionally advises , colours and cuts my hair . He always leaves me feeling 100 times better than when I sat down . A true asset to the business .
I went in with straight medium length hair but I wanted a complete change, showed Daisy a picture, she understood the idea immediately . I'm so pleased with the cut and style.

Daisy understood exactly what colour I wanted and took her time explaining what she was going to do and showed me the colours she was going to use, really put me at ease as I have recently moved to Worlingham from Essex and have been using another hair salon which I have not been happy with.

My hair was totally fried by another salon so I came to Redz to restart a hair health journey and fall in love with my hair again. I came on feeling nothing like myself at all and left feel a million times better. It has shape again and I feel like I am getting a style back ! Such a nice salon and really friendly. Honey was great !

New to Beccles, I needed a local salon. Searched up reviews and Redz sounded ideal. From consultation through to first appointment, Kian put me at ease, listened to what I needed and got it spot on. Super happy with colour and cut, service was incredible, so booked next appointment 👌
