Daisy was very professional. She welcomed me and established what I wanted done. She remembered details from my last visit. She made sure I was aware of what was happening during my wash and cut.
I was made to feel welcome and have booked another appointment. I am very pleased with the result of my haircut.
I walked in on the off chance that they could fit me in for a much needed cut.
Kian did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Booked again and very pleased with cut and service 🙂

Honey did a great job cutting my daughter's hair. She really listened to her hair needs and did a great job cutting and styling it, it looks fabulous!

This is the third time we have taken our little boy to Redz. He has had his hair cut by Honey and Leah, both of whom have been absolutely amazing. Both showed incredible patience and kindness even when he gets very wriggly and shouty. We will continue to bring him as we feel comfortable and confident at how well they work with him and how welcome we always feel taking him there.

Absolutely over the moon with my hair as I always am when I leave the salon. Ellie tried a new brand of colour today and it’s wonderful - a softer blonde - I am so pleased with it. Service is always superior from my stylist Ellie and all the staff who I interact with whilst I am in the salon are friendly and polite and very welcoming. I enjoy the experience and would thoroughly recommend. Wonderful cup of coffee too. Great professional salon, great well trained staff and always feel comfortable.

Honey was so amazing. She was really lovely and made sure I was comfortable. I came in for a “lived in colour” and I was so happy with the results. I was nervous about getting my hair done as I haven done it in a long time but Honey did my hair exactly how I wanted it. There was another girl who I believe her name was Erin. She was also very lovely and helped out a lot throughout the appointment.

I very disorganised about booking a hair appointment. I never book well in advance although I certainly should. I suddenly realised I need a cut then Holly wasn’t available. 😢 So I met Kian. He is absolutely great and I love his cut! So, as long as there’s no offence, I carry on being unplanned and choose which of Holly and Kian is available when I need a cut! I feel this is reflects how consistently great Redz is and how flexible they can be!

I'd booked for my son - a 16 year old isn't always easy to please but he was 'really happy' with his cut! Daisy cut it exactly as he'd asked.

When I arrived at the salon my hair was in poor condition and was not a flattering style. Ellie was lovely and advised me on hair care and listened to me when she asked what I wanted done. I had my hair cut shorter than normal and with layers cut in. I was extremely happy with the result. I will be returning in a couple of weeks to have a colour, which we discussed during the session. Daisy always listens to what I want, asks questions along the way to make sure and does an excellent job. She has a really good idea of how my hair needs to be cut, what works and what won’t work and makes good suggestions. I love getting my hair cut by her - thanks Daisy!

Had a great colour , cut and blow dry with Kian today . A lovely young man who is easy and fun to chat to whilst he professionally advises , colours and cuts my hair . He always leaves me feeling 100 times better than when I sat down . A true asset to the business .

Daisy understood exactly what colour I wanted and took her time explaining what she was going to do and showed me the colours she was going to use, really put me at ease as I have recently moved to Worlingham from Essex and have been using another hair salon which I have not been happy with.
