I booked a consultation over the phone, and Leslie got me in really quickly, following an impressive array of questions. On arrival, I was made to feel very welcome, with a hot chocolate and a biscuit. Next, Gary and Lauren advised me on the style and colour that would best suit me and, to my delight, I was offered an appointment for that same afternoon - within the hour, in fact. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and I even had a head massage. Bliss!
Advice on suitable products, and how to style my hair, was very welcome, and I left with a very smart, glossy style that worked with - rather than against - my natural wave. The salon was spotless, the service was excellent and the staff were top notch. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks everyone ❤.

As ever I was given a great welcome, and discussed what I wanted done today. As my scalp was a bit dry, it was checked over and as a result I will be having a scalp treatment in 3 weeks time,( giving my colour treatment from today, time to settle down).
