I had the same hairdresser for about 38 years so I was very nervous about changing. I needn’t have been. Sophie has been amazing. She always listens to any concerns I may have. All the girls are really friendly and Millie does the most amazing head massage - always sends me to sleep 😊

Harriet knew exactly what colour I needed by asking questions. It is beautiful! Just the right amount of cut and finished perfectly, I don't want to wash it!

I have been going to Fern for the last 4 years and she is always super accommodating with my wishes, and gives Fantastic advice on what would look best. On my most recent visit Fern cut and coloured my hair and then i had Millie tone, blow dry and style it. She did a fantastic job and was so friendly and chatty!

Sophie coloured my hair and Isobel cut it. Great combination - thank you for the colour which has high and lower lights which I’m really happy with - thank you for the cut and advice. Really like the fringe and I will try growing the sides so it looks thicker overall. Thanks to you both x

Arrived feeling my hair was a little flat. Couldn’t decide what I wanted so I just let Lydia work her magic. I left lifted and delighted. A little trim, few more layers and a great shape emerged. Volume blow dry and bouncy curls to finish. Loved it. Always a lovely salon experience with a warm welcome.

Been taking my granddaughter here for awhile what I like about it is how friendly and happy they are to see her they make her welcome always asking her questions (she doesn't talk a lot but she but always nods) and treat her like a adult I know it's there job but to see her smile after is rewarding

Have two girls their perfect hair cuts, it was their first time at the hairdressers and Lydia chatted with them, listened to them and made them feel very comfortable ❤️
