Shear Success

After leaving salon & having told Artistic Director it was much shorter than I wanted, have washed my hair today & am devastated at just how short my hair was cut. The artistic director has cut my hair for 20 years & today, despite me showing her a picture of the cut I wanted ON my actual hair, it wound up much shorter than I wanted. I liked it the evening it was done but the next day onwards was a disaster. Very, very upset & will question going back despite being a loyal customer for 20+ years. ????

I went into Shear Success in Tamworth today for a cut & restyle. I didn't really know what I wanted but my hairdresser Sophie was fantastic, she talked me through what would suit me and I couldn't be happier with the cut. The mini massage before Sophie washed my hair was very relaxing along with the massaging chairs. The products used smelt lovely too. Would highly recommend Sophie and the Salon to anyone. Price may be slightly higher than other places but you most definitely get what you pay for. I will definitely be going back.

Went in today to have my sparkly bits coloured in. Sparkly sounds so much nicer than boring grey. I have the lovely cachelle to thank for that magical word 'sparklies'. Tayla did my hair today and did a a beautiful wavy blow dry. Came away all sparkle free and glamorous

Lisa is as always fantastic, taking extra care to make me feel welcome and that my experience is one to be enjoyed. The young lady who washed my hair and removed my colour was very knowledgeable about the products she used and was showed great customer service

After much deliberation I decided after 20years of having the same hairdresser a change was needed, I have known of Shear Succeess for many years living locally and also numerous write ups in the Tamworth Herald heralding their success throughout the years, I decided to seek their expertise on my own hair. On booking an appointment for a colour consultation I felt at ease straight away after talking to Lisa, she was very understanding as to what I would like and advised me on how the different shades would work on my normal hair colour. Following my colour test I returned to the salon where I was greeted by friendly staff, Lisa & her staff looked after me from start to finish, offering me a drink etc , with my new colour complete, hair cut and styled the end result was lovely, I am so pleased, thank you to Lisa & her team!!!

I am a lapsed customer of Sheer Success. I wanted a new, revamped look - so made an appointment with Cashelle. I nearly forgot the appointment, thanks for the phone call to remind me! I was very pleased with my new look, and appreciated the luxury of a neck and head massage. Cashelle was really helpful over a suitable style and gave advice on maintaining it and products. My first experience of this salon , and how brilliant it was .The staff were friendly and my stylist asked me lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was luxurious and I felt very pampered .Fantastic , I'm actually looking forward to returning and I feel confident to ask for style advice ten out of ten.

Always receive an excellent service from my stylist Lisa (Keeley) I was shocked today though to discover another price increase, unsure whether I will be able to continue with my regular appointments because of this. Very disappointing.

I've had a texture smoother on my hair, I cannot believe how much easier and quicker my hair is to blowdry myself, wish I had discovered this service sooner.

I had a fantastic visit at Shear Success today. I had never heard of the salon before, but after getting a free cut & finish voucher when buying my car, I decided to go along. The salon was lovely, staff were friendly and very helpful. So much so that I booked there and then to have my nails done too. I have been looking for a new salon to visit regularly and I think this will be the one! Can't fault them at all, highly recommended.
