Passion Nails & Beauty is the best salon Iāve ever been to.
I needed to find a salon to visit closer to home when I moved to Stone three years ago, instead of travelling a distance and getting a mediocre service.
The service you get at Passion Nails & Beauty goes above and beyond in my opinion. Every visit I have I end up leaving, feeling happy and whole again. The staff are second to non, their customer services skills are fantastic and they are so attentive and accommodating to your needs. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting, and everyone is so friendly and helpful! All of this and you get amazing nails and lashes too!! No design I show them is a problem, they always find a way to recreate anything I want.

I have visited Passion Nails and Beauty three times now, for an eyebrow tint, shape and wax. The staff are friendly and the salon although small has a pleasant atmosphere.
My last visit a few days ago resulted in the skin around my eyebrows being burnt by the wax. I phoned the salon the next day, and spoke with the beauty therapist who did the wax and tint, she was sympathetic and suggested I use a moisturizer and take an antihistamine which I had already done. I have had no further contact from the salon. I do appreciate and understand this was not done deliberately, however the measure of a good business is how they manage and respond to concerns and incidents. A follow up phone call would have suggested they were concerned about my injury. I have heard nothing. Im disappointed about their lack of care and concern. I clearly wont be using the salon again.
