Polite and quick service as always, but without any compromise on quality. Chantelle is always happy to go through what style I want and if I want to change anything. Results are consistent and I’m always happy with the overall experience with Boyd’s, just need to keep an eye on the price structure for men’s haircuts.

Emma never disappoints. So pleased with my hair again. Everyone at the salon was very friendly too.

Was a bit nervous about my appointment today as my usual stylist has left. I needed have worried, Libby is a lovely girl and did my hair exactly as I wanted. Was pleased and have booked with her again for 6 weeks time.

Sharna is lovely and always makes me feel at ease, she is easy to chat to and is a credit to Boyds. I felt uncomfortable at first coming from Hednesford to the Burntwood salon but she was there to greet me. We always have a laugh and that’s what makes me relaxed.

It's the third time I go now and every time the experience is better in this hairdresser. They take great care of my hair, the service is 10, all the employees are excellent and very friendly. My hair looks amazing. Thank you so much! 😊❤️

When I arrived for my appointment today it wasn’t on your computer system but Sharna managed to fit me in which I was very grateful for.
I also when paying I asked about eyebrow tinting and I was tested to see if I was suitable for tinting and made an appointment straight away . All staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice to be back at Boyds Chase Terrace and have my hair cut. April cut and styled my hair and I was very pleased with the result.

First time at Burntwood as always been a Hednesford customer. What a great friendly salon. First time having Libby do my hair, she was lovely was really pleased with what she did.

Kate micro-bladed my eyebrows - WOW -what a difference! She instantly put me at my ease, talking me through the procedure. We settled on a colour (midway between blonde & brown) which we agreed would be the right shade, as I wanted natural looking brows. The process itself was not painful at all - more like a slight scratching sensation. Kate took her time, explaining the whole time what she was doing; really reassuring when you've got your eyes closed! At the end she asked me to sit up to make sure they looked as good as they did when I was lying down - I couldn't get over how natural they looked: Kate (being the perfectionist she is) wanted to add a couple more strokes. I wasn't going to disagree - I completely trusted her.
24 hours in, still no pain, no itching, no swelling. Already receiving compliments on how great my eyes look. Is it weird that I'm actually looking forward to my six week check in/touch up?
If you're considering whether or not to go for this, just do it! I'm delighted I took the plunge.

Bit surprised when I paid , it’s doubled in price, used to be £15 for me ( OAP and not much hair!) now £29,
Will still be returning but that’s a big increase

Love Chantelle 💖 she is such a good stylist, I just love how she creates the style I've chosen to perfection. A visit to Boyds is always a joy. Girls are all lovely, attentive and totally professional.

I can’t tell you how much I love coming to see Megan. She just the most genuinely lovely person and has the patience of a saint. Always succeeds in getting the colour that is asked for and making your wishes come true. Genius!!
