We do apologise if you were surprised by the price. As a small business, we regularly review our prices in order to continue offering quality services with the best products and techniques, we had an increase in April of £2 on each service, we have different stylist levels and their pricing is a reflection of their experience, Emma is an advanced senior stylist, if you would like to let us know your name we can check your account to see which level of stylist you had previously to hopefully clarify the considerable difference in pricing? We appreciate your loyalty and hope that you understand our need to adjust our prices accordingly to stay in business with the current climate.
