After a bit of a disastrous haircut elsewhere I booked in with Adam for a consultation. He listened and understood my requirements and we came up with a plan, across a few visits, to get my hair back to where I’d like it to be. He then did a fab cut and blow dry giving me a much better shape and manageable style to work with. Hayley was also consulted for some hair extensions for a special event I have coming up in the summer. I left feeling like I was now in safe hands. Thank you team WoW.

Popped in on the off-chance I could get a last minute appointment. So I was fortunate that Adam had only started the day before after relocating from Australia and is building his clientèle. Well, lucky me! I wanted a long flicked bob and showed Adam some pictures of how I hoped it would turn out. He took everything I said on board and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I even got a "WOW" from my husband ! Going back in 2 weeks for a colour and a to be shown another way to style my new bob. Highly recommend.

Adam was fantastic. Listened to exactly what I wanted. Help put my hair strand to the right colour after the sun had damaged it. Took his time to get my hair to the style I asked for. I will definitely be using Adam regularly. Very friendly

I was looking forward to getting my hair cut at Wow in Codsall as I had seen good reviews about the service & friendly atmosphere. In truth it was awful, the only friendly one there was the young female who made me a drink! My hair has been cut badly & it only took half an hour for her to cut & dry it. She was not interested at all. I was totally embarrassed & couldn’t wait to get out of there! I have had to go elsewhere to have it put right. I will never go there again & will never recommend this salon to anyone!

Pleased with my nails.
Today had a French Manicure done very well by Ashleigh. As long as the nails stay on that will please me even more, owing to the expense of repairs.
So far so good!

I had half head foils with a cut and finish. Fliss did my hair, the colour and cut were just what I wanted. I was really pleased with the finish. Great salon, and the young apprentice is very welcoming and makes a great coffee 😊.
