My first time having my highlights done here and I can honestly say che has done an amazing job!

She’s honestly such a sweet girl and has made me want to go back there everytime for my foils.

First time seeing Fliss , she was lovely and I’m really pleased with my hair , exactly what I asked for , all of the team there were really friendly, helpful and professional, will definitely be back 😄

I came in feeling really down about my hair due to it changing because of illness, I left feeling absolutely amazing. My confidence came back in the space of 45 mins. You don't know what that means to me.

Loved my hair extentions ! Colour match great and no one ever guesses it's not my own hair.

This is only the second time I’ve been to have my hair done at Wow. Both times my hair was cut/styled/highlighted by senior stylist, Hayleigh.
Both times I have been delighted with her work.
The atmosphere in the salon is great and all the staff are friendly.

Another fantastic gel nail treatment with Charlotte. Not only do I always walk out of the salon thrilled with the results of Charlottes work but I also look forward to my appointment. The team are extremely welcoming and friendly and look after their clients with professionalism.

Had the most lovely Christmas nail appointment with Ashleigh. She was so helpful and knowledgable with advice on how to care for my nails that had been damaged from overuse of press ons at home and then did the cutest set for me. She and Charlotte are so welcoming and hilarious to chat to. It was a really lovely experience, as always.

I’ve been left with a colour I did not want or ask for and definitely not the colour we discussed and agreed on. Extremely disappointed - I’m having to pay out again and look elsewhere for this to be fixed.

I always look forward to getting my nails done. The service is great but what makes it even better uis Charlottle and Ashleigh. The girls are lovely.
