I had my first appointment with Fliss today and she was fab! She talked me through the entire process and checked in with me throughout. Also makes a cracking cuppa tea.

My daughter came in for wash, cutt and blow dry. Jessie did her hair and new and my daughter were very happy. Jessie was lovely. Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly.

Fliss did full head foils and cut and finish. Really pleased with the colour and cut, lovely great.

It’s my second visit to Wow in Codsall and I have had Becky twice now. I went for a radical change today - a short style and I absolutely love it. Becky takes time to consult with you before she cuts your hair and checked with me throughout the cut and styling. I felt like I had been really listened to and the style was exactly as I wanted it.

Hi although Ruby did enjoy her experience. We may have to look elsewhere to have her nails done in the future. Every time we come to your salon the prices have gone up again. It used to be 25.00 for a gel polish. Then it went up to 30.00 now it has gone to 32.00. She has also been charged an extra 5.00 for nail art on 4 nails. It used to be one pound per nail for nail art. Also she had a bottle of beauty works miracle spray for her hair. The last time we bought this from you was about 2 -3 months ago and it was 11 pounds. This time it has jumped to 14 pounds, another big hike. As a single parent I can’t afford these huge hikes in prices every time we go to your salon.

My new colour is lovely. Beth spent ages making sure the colours chosen were right for me and listened to the style I wanted. I’m really pleased with my cut and colour, as well as the professional service I received.

Always a nice atmosphere / visit to the salon - Staff are all friendly. Paige is great and I always get a lovely blended colour result, hair wash and a bouncy blow dry :-)
