I went to WOW for the first time today and had a really great experience. Jessie gave good advice and did an excellent job on colour, highlights and cut. I’m really happy with the results. There was a friendly atmosphere and free wifi so I could get my work done whilst getting my hair done!

Booked my wax and got the wrong time arrived 15 mins late but was still seen and she was super lovely.. explained what she was doing every step of the way and checked that I was ready for each bit of waxing .. highly recommend

Sadly not the normal experience. Colour was lovely, my hair had to be re washed as the conditioner was left in and not washed properly, and when I got home, I noticed a chunk of hair left at the back which I had to re grade myself.

Love my new hair!

I had a brilliant full head colour session with Fliss (and Mercy helping) today. It was my first visit and Fliss really listened to what I wanted, used a great technique and was really thorough to pack my foils to get to my desired blonde. I’ve had a lot of colours over the years and she has been one of the absolute best! Even though she was busy in the salon she really took the time to get it right. Thank you! :)

This is my first visit to WOW. I have been to the same hairdresser for a number of years & have continued to do so since moving to this area 3 years ago. It was a huge decision to try a local hairdresser but I couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by reception & shown through to Becky. I felt comfortable straight away as we discussed my hair needs. My hair looks great, really pleased. I will be back!

Fantastic service , always a great experience from start to finish . Paige always gets it spot on with what I want even when I’m not sure myself , love the results. My hair looks the best it ever has ! She is a brilliant stylist/colourist and I really enjoy my appointments with her.

First time visiting the salon, I came with an idea of a new colour and asked for advice. So pleased with the outcome and Fliss was lovely.

Fab visit. Paige is amazing at what she does. Knew exactly what was needed to make my colour look much improved and blended. Made to feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely hair wash and head massage. Next appt booked, won’t be going anywhere else x thanks 😘

Amazing hair styling, great communication

Went to Fliss in a terrible state when another hairdresser ruined my hair! She did an excellent job considering what I had been left with! Today was my 2nd appointment with her and she was very professional always checking I was happy with what she was doing. Great attention to detail. Won't be going anywhere else now!!
