My hair appointment is very important to me. I see it as a really special treat.. I always have a wonderful experience and Steph always makes me feel so relaxed and special. It never feels rushed, I get the chance to read have a lovely coffee and sometimes a yummy hot chocolate. I had a lovely hair wash with a great head massage too. Thank you so much I felt completely reset and thrilled with my hair cut and colour.

We have recently moved out of the area and have to come back to get my child hair cut with Jemima. She’s the only hairdresser we’ve ever found that has made my child with ASD comfortable enough to talk and be able to communicate the style they want, so they actually come out happy!!
