I’ve been going to Beau Cheveux for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! All of the girls are so lovely and welcoming, and Steph, the owner, is absolutely fantastic at what she does. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and wants every client to have the best experience possible.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, the salon is always clean, professional and beautifully decorated, and the selection of drinks is such a lovely touch too. From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after and comfortable.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a salon where you leave feeling amazing every single time!

Emily did an amazing job of my nails 💅🏻. Maisie washed trimmed and dried my hair it is so soft and feels and looks great. My full facial was so relaxing and Kate made me feel so relaxed. Thank you girls for the lovely pamper morning ❤️

Jemima was brilliant. My neurodivergent child has not had great experiences with hairdressers in the past and has felt they haven’t listened to them. Jemima was great and took the time to make sure my they understood and agreed with what she was go g to do. She built a great rapport with them and my child came out smiling which I have never seen leaving a hairdressers before!

Steph has ben styling my hair for some years, she and all the staff are always welcoming and sociable. The salon is always bright clean and airy. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

BC is my regular salon and it is always a lovely experience from start to finish. The greeting, seating, attention to detail and the most important thing, customer focus is consistently good. Such a pleasant atmosphere in the salon too. Drinks are plenty with a full range of hot and cold beverages. The last time I visited it was particularly cold outside and I was immediately offered a fluffy blanket to help warm me up alongside a delicious hot chocolate. All of the staff are super and it is clear that they love what they do! Hair advise and recommendations are always explained clearly and all of the necessary safeguarding in respect of skin tests for some treatments are adhered to. BC stepped in to be my regular salon when my previous hairdresser retired and I have never been disappointed. Thank you BC. xx

The waxing was completed in an almost pain free gentle manner and Emily was professional and friendly, answering all my questions and providing advice without sales tactics.

Em is a beautiful soul inside and out, you can always have a good laugh with her she’s truly amazing! The rest of the girls are so lovely and the atmosphere in the salon is so bubbly!
