Good cut. But the person who did my hair did not speak once. Needs more personality.

As usual everything about the visit was fab. Your always made to feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. The team are great and I have to give Chloe a special mention she does a tremendous job of managing my unruly mop and I’ve never had so many compliments about my hair.

Today sadly Ashley was off poorly but the team kept things running smoothly and Chloe stepped in so my appointment did not need to be cancelled- she did a great job with care and attention to ensure all was as good as always. Thank you to a great team and hope Ashley is soon feeling better.

I enjoy my visits to the salon. I am very happy with my hair, I find they listen to me and what I want, and even though I am a regular visitor, it still feels like a treat

Ashley is amazing, best hair dresser I have ever had and worth every penny. Only issue I have is with the back washer which gets blocked up and has meant that on occasion, I have gone home with dye still in my hair, this has been an ongoing problem for the salon I believe and could really do with being properly addressed.
