Optimistically, i entered this salon, expecting a senior hair stylist to work wonders on my birds nest, as my current look was becoming tiresome. I presented them with a clear image of my desired style, of which the "senior" stylist said was easily possible and would only cost me £45, and take just 60 minutes. However, 3 hours later, i am sat here sporting a £100 block colour, nothing like the image initially shown. Even though i am not a hairdresser myself, even i can distinguish the difference between highlights and ombré. Personally, I feel as though i have been ripped off as i was alone and, being young, they saw me as an easy target to over charge and to lazily only do half a job (that still took 3 hours!). VERY DISAPPOINTED and hope to get it sorted soon! :(
