She guided me through my appointment and helped me work out what I wanted even when I did not know.
I am very happy with the cut and will use this salon again.

I’ve been going to Hollie for ages. The salon is a relaxed atmosphere, hollie takes time to understand what I want and gives me good advice. I’m always happy with the result.

Colour looks perfect as always and styled into curls to finish off. Feels amazing and gives me great confidence.

I booked last week for root colouring to cover grey hair and some highlights to match. Today, day of my appointment , I was offered 2 options, I understood, to achieve that result. Unfortunately there was no root colouring. Blonde highlights are a nice vibrant colour. However the end result is that the grey covering is only very partial, even less so on the back despite stressing that I wear my hair up all the time. So top crown, sides and back are a mixture of grey and blonde. There’s no root touch up to match. The next few weeks are going to be a challenge . I have been offered an appointment on 27th June which I have gladly accepted, where only the root colour will be charged. Looking forward to it

I called the salon as I wanted to wait a little longer (to tie in with a holiday) for colour and cut - but also wanted to ‘top up’ just along my parting until then. Sarah listened and booked an appointment that was just right with Hollie - who then did exactly what I’d hoped. It can be difficult to know what to ask for sometimes or to feel it’s going to be a big job - when you perhaps just want something like this. I was very thankful.

Another lovely salon visit. Booked in with Libby to have some hilights. Greeted at the door by friendly staff and was given a box to put my things in (great idea by the way as you always have your belongings to hand 😊) Libby talked through what I wanted doing and offered advice on colours etc. Every step was talked through and Libby explained what she was doing and why.
Love the finished result and will be back very soon 😊
