I always have a lovely experience at the salon. Natalie looks after me and gives me great insight into skincare as well as giving me the best brows!!
The environment is lovely and relaxing too.

Sharron has been cutting my hair for over 10 years…I guess that speaks for itself.

Iv been going to Natalie for a good number of years as I find her very experienced at what she does and always takes her time, making sure I feel comfortable. She certainly knows her job and the products she uses.
Would recommend her for beauty experiences.

Jill has been my stylist for 30+ years! That says a lot, but on top of that she has helped me change styles & colour seamlessly! She listens to what I would like but I trust her enough to always ask her opinion & advice. She’s never disappointed! Thanks Jill you’re a star.

Visited for a cut and colour. Warm welcome from receptiontist. Zoe very knowledgeable about colour options and cut/styled my hair very well. Offered free cappucino plus glass of water. Overall a quality and relaxing experience.

As always a very good experience with assistant who washed and with Jill who did my hair beautifully.

My stylist gave a really good scrub/hair wash which I’ve not had at the Hairband for a few years and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also noticed that she took care not to use extreme heat on my hair to provide extra care while styling which I really appreciated.

However I was disappointed in the service I received whilst booking my appointment over the phone, I have very long, hip length hair and always make the person booking the appointment aware that it takes longer to style so more time should be blocked out than for others. The person on the phone talked over me TWICE when I tried to explain this and kept repeating that “Daniella is a very experienced stylist”. That’s all well and good, but that doesn’t make her a magician, and in the end she had to leave me to work on somebody else, so I had a junior girl working on my hair. The girl did a lovely blow dry but technically that’s not who I paid to work on my hair. Could have been avoided if the person booking my appointment had just listened!

Always feel a valued client when going to the Hair band. Lovely cups of coffee or tea et cetera for refreshment and a lovely environment. Natalie gelled my nails to perfection and very pleased with them and how I was looked after.

This is the second time Ive been to Hannah and I’m super pleased with my colour and cut. She really understands how my hair is, and is lovely too. Lots of people have commented on my hair since the first visit and I’m really happy to recommend Hannah to anyone who asks.

Fabulous facial from Natalie made me feel alive and energetic again. Then a super smart short hair cut from Jill left me looking as good as I felt. Hairband are unfailingly outstanding in every aspect.

Was made to feel very welcome from the moment i stepped through the door. Libby was polite, friendly and professional. Asked me what I wanted and gave me suggestions of which colours would suit me.
I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages and had the option of how I wanted my hair drying at the end.
It was a very good experience and I will definitely be returning

I have been a Hairband client for many years and have always had the same very high standard of service. I enjoy my visits there, I’m made to feel welcome and all the staff are very friendly and helpful - offering advice and answering questions to make sure I get what I want. It’s so important to have a hairdresser you can trust and to know that you will always receive such excellent and expert service, I can highly recommend the salon.

It’s always a special treat to see Natalie - she has been looking after my feet for many years. Her pedicure is so good, plus she does an excellent job of painting my ties whether it’s gel or polish. She is a star

Sarah has been cutting and colouring my hair for longer than I care to remember!!! I moved away from Sheffield in 2003 and I live about 70 miles away, but I still visit the salon every 4-6 weeks. I really am pleased every time I leave and would recommend Sarah to anyone who reads this. She’s the best hairdresser in my opinion and cuts and colours my hair. I always feel great and when she’s on hols Megan is also an amazing stylist too. I adore visiting the salon the people who work there are all so amazing . Thank you ❤️

I’ve had my eyebrows laminated!!!! Felt a bit weird at first as I’ve never, ever had anything done to my eyebrows before but a few days in and I love them. Jemma is fab and I thoroughly recommend booking an appointment with her. I’ve also had some amazing treatments with her on my face a wonderful indulgence and my skin is still feeling the benefit months later x I love this salon and all the staff are amazing xx
