Gave Joanna the task of cutting out a section of my hair for a procedure I was having in a couple of days. She did a fantastic job, cut first then color on. Looked great when it was done & couldn't see where it was shaved off.

Mark has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. I’ve had so many different styles and colours, most recently I’ve decided to embrace my grey and curls. Mark suggested using the grey as highlights with honey blonde lowlights. I love it & get lots of compliments. Highly recommend.

My usual hairdresser quit the profession during the pandemic so I've been bouncing around salons for nearly 6 years! I could never find one that I liked, until now. Fantastic hair wash and scalp massage (think Georgia was her name) and the cut was exactly how I wanted it. I can now stop looking for a hairdresser 😊

For the past three years (I think it is) I've been having a three-monthly cut and finish with Nicola. She knows exactly what I want and does a fantastic job. It's a very pleasant environment, convenient, friendly staff and a reasonable price for a quality styling. Nicola is easy to chat with (I like to talk too much, ha ha) and so it's also a good social. This salon is inclusive and I feel that all are made welcome. 10/10

It was a very good experience. Courtney and the girl who washed my hair and gave me a head massage were both excellent. The salon was a relaxing and welcoming environment.

Nicola has been cutting my hair for a while now and always achieves the look or style I ask for. More than that though, I get bored quickly and like to switch up style, and Nicola park with me on the interim style to get me where I want to be. Really like Creator and Nicola.

I loved the results of my cut and colour today. It was a relaxing visit to Creator, made all the better with a glass of mulled wine

My first experience with this salon was disappointing. Her behavior was rude; whenever I hesitated or asked a question, she would behave with anger at me and treat me with disdain. Additionally, the pricing and services were not transparent. Initially, I had booked my highlight appointment without bleaching(the highlight price is £85 )and was told £30 for blow drying,but when I decided to include bleaching, I was told that I would need to pay an additional £30 for the toner. However, at checkout, they tried to charge me even more than what we had agreed upon, increasing the cost of the blow-dry and the toner. This felt like a breach of trust and unprofessional conduct, as it’s unfair to change the terms after the agreement. I would never come back again and I am not happy with the service.

Happy with my cut and colour. Joanna is a very experienced stylist and colourist. I am always happy with the results.

I recently changed salons as my old hairdresser has gone on Maternity leave. I was afraid to trust my hair to just anyone. I gave the Creator a go because I saw such overwhelmingly great reviews on the Salon. I was not mistaken! Joanne absolutely nailed it! And her upbeat chat really makes you feel at easy..the lady assisting her to wash my hair was equally professional and kind offering me drinks and checking in on me. This is definitely a top salon, clean, spacious, tidy, current, I shall definitely be going back!!

Had a ladies cut and finish, cut and dried by Mark and curled by one of the apprentices (not sure of her name sorry!). Had a lovely experience and I absolutely love my hair. Mark did a thorough consultation and cut it at the perfect length, it looks and feels so much healthier. The girl who curled my hair was really friendly and did a great job too. I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you!

Mark advised me on how to look after my curls and gave me a trim that helped my hair spring back to life, whilst leaving enough length. Very happy. Thanks ☺️
