Joanna did my hair and it turned out amazing. She was so down to earth and i would really recommend her.

fantastic experience all staff really friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable under ease.

Joanna gave me options of what low lights and what shades I could have. She’s an experienced stylist and i felt confident my hair was going to look good.

Joanna was really helpful really friendly down to earth but overall really knowledgeable. She gave me options that I could have for my colour and low lights cut my hair also a little bit short true it needed it and gave me a total revamp.

The whole team were really friendly offering me drinks magazines I had a scout massage. Everyone made the atmosphere comfortable and I felt to ease.

I would really recommend Joanna. She is an experienced stylist and clearly knows what she’s talking about. I felt great with the finished look and everyone complimented my new style.

Joanna my stylist was knowledgeable professional but most of all really down to earth and friendly.

She made me feel at ease and gave my hair a total revamp. She gave me different options that I could have and listen to what I had to say the end product was amazing. Consistently Good use

This is my second time with Courtney and honestly I have no improvements to say as she’s very professional and experienced. She never disappoints me and I always walk out that salon very happy with my hair. I would only stick with her and no one else as she knows what suits me and is able to direct me to get the hair I want.

My second visit to Jo was motivated by a desire for a change in my hair. Given the challenges of coloring my very dark hair, I felt confident in Jo's expertise as she clearly communicated the expected results. Her attentive care made me feel valued, and I also want to acknowledge Evie, who always greets me warmly as soon as I enter the salon. I am thrilled with the outcome of my hair. Although I have long hair and was concerned about making Jo late for her next appointment, she insisted on curling it for me, demonstrating her commitment to excellent service. It's this level of dedication that keeps me coming back and makes me highly recommend her to others.

I have gone to Mark for my hair for over 10yrs now and I have NEVER been disappointed and that applies to all the other stylists I’ve ever booked in with. Mark is very realistic with me about the steps and the things that will/won’t work for my type of hair. I can book my appointment and simply say to Mark you know better than me what my hair needs and have complete confidence in whatever he decides needs to be done and I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and beautiful. The overall experience of the salon is always very professional and welcoming from all employees and I highly recommend Creator for anything from a good blow dry for a night out or a complete transformation or new look.
Mark and his team provide a service of a high standard that in all my years of going has never not been maintained and I say with absolute certainty that you will not be disappointed with whatever you may book in for with whichever stylist but my personal review is for Mark and he is simply the best and I’m grateful for the experience of loving my hair every time I have an appointment.

Had an amazing and relaxing time at the salon, everyone always so chatty - Evie was lovely and really nice to chat to - my hair looks and feels incredible - always come away with what I asked for with Joanna, she always advises with her professional opinion but I never come away with anything less than great cut and colour!

I’ve been to other stylists in the past and not returned because I felt the care and attention was’t there — but this was completely different. Kelsey took my lifestyle, thoughts, and wishes into account, making sure the result worked for me.

I left feeling listened to, cared for, and really happy with my hair. I’m returning in a week’s time to have a colour consultation from a hair stand test. x

Enjoyable visit

As a person that suffers from depression and anxiety I was very comfortable in the salon. Everyone was very friendly. Had a good shampoo and head massage. My restyle was perfectly done with all due care and attention. Nothing was rushed. Everyone loved my hair including me. I’ll be back🤣

It was my first time at the salon but I was in the very capable hands of Sophia. She managed to figure out exactly what I wanted from my vague descriptions and I’m so happy with how it turned out.
