juat what I wanted in colour. Hadn't booked for cut and even though they were really busy I was given a cut. Lovely kind caring people

Had a cut, colour and blow dry today with Ellie who did a brilliant job. Finished in one hour 40 mins, didn't even book in for a cut but she fit me in anyway and did a brilliant job achieving the cut I wanted, despite very confusing instructions from myself. Many thanks. Suzanne platts

I had a rear experience at the Cutting room with Laura. She did a great job on my cut and colour and had some great suggestions. I'd definitely go back again.

Jason has a challenge with my hair as I am probably entering the older segment of the range of clients at the Cutting Room. He is very polite about my lack of imagination when it comes to style. He always does a good job.

As always the staff in the salon were very friendly. Had my hair cut by Ellie for the first time and am very pleased with it. Have booked to go back again in 5 wks. I usually have my hair done by Leigh but here I think you can rely on all the staff which is not the case with some salons.

Beautiful colour and cut done by Phoebe. Gave me plenty of time to talk about what I wanted - really happy with the result.

Arrived at the salon to discover that they didn't have time to do the half head of highlights I'd booked in for. When I questioned this they said they had told me on the phone that they only had time to 'scatter' some foils in! This wasn't what was said on the phone or I wouldn't have booked the appointment. As they didn't have time to do a half head I had no choice! The woman was very rude. Then the stylist that did my hair didn't speak to me or make any conversation at all. In fact no one spoke to me again until an hour and a half into my appointment. At this point a lovely gentleman blow dried my hair. He was friendly and made up for the bad experience to some degree! When finished, my hair wasn't the colour I'd wanted but as they never bothered to get a colour chart out then how would they have known?! Such a shame but I won't be returning or recommending!

Got ny haircut by ellie today! She was ace!!! So friendly yet professional. I went in for quite a big chanhe so was a bit nervous. But Ellie really listened to what i wanted and im so happy with the result!! Will definitely be going back!

Went for first time with mixed emotions about what to do with my hair. Do I stay long or go short. Ellie put me at ease and advised not to go straight to the chop. She cut it in between so I have the choice of growing it back or going shorter which I was delighted with. Friendly staff. Couldn't do enough. Thanks.

A very welcoming hairdressers who are all very helpful and offer great customer service. I've always been happy with my hair cut/colour and Laura who I tend to always have always makes me feel at ease and does a lovely job on my hair. I also bring my children here and they also agree that the people are very friendly and Laura especially makes them laugh.

Jo jo restyled my hair today, lovely friendly girl, she listened to what I wanted and talked me through what she was going to do.very pleased with my cut.

I had full head highlights with Ellie, which I am really pleased with. The salon is really modern and sticks some amazing retail products.

All the staff are lovely and there is a really nice atmosphere in the salon, up to date magazines and nice coffee!

Both myself and my daughter left very happy with our cuts. Friendly staff and a reasonable price. Will be going again next month

Had a great re shape courtesy of Phoebe. Even when I decided to ask for more off at the end of the cut it was no problem.

Today was my first visit to the salon and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The stylist did a fantastic job on my hair, she was chatty and so were the other staff. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment.
