I have been dying my hair myself the darkest Brown for over 15 years and wanted a change. I spoke to Laura who advised what colours I could achieve and helped me a pick one. She has done an amazing job and provided excellent service.

Willing to go the extra mile. After highlighting and cutting I still wasn’t happy with the finished style but Phoebe kept questioning me until she understood what I wanted and took the time to get it perfect.
