First time i tried here on Thursday was a very nervous but Shelby and Brooke soon had it sorted. I’m so happy with my new hair and everyone is saying how well it looks and suits me .
Loved my 1st visit to this Salon!! Had the same hairdresser for past 30 years & for the past 3 I've not been happy with the result. So after My Daughter recomended I give Rumours a try. Wow!! Brilliant experience!! I felt welcome & listened to & my hair looks,smells & feels amazing. Brook was understanding & supportive as well as a brilliant hairdresses. I have been having my hair done by Ellie for a few years now,she doesn't always agree with my suggestions but I have come to the conclusion ELLIE knows best ,I have never come away with a style I don't like, I have watched & listened to all the stylists and watch Shelby come from a apprentice to a stylist and I've been amazed at the teaching methods given, I would not hesitate to recommend any of the stylists at the salon & would happily trust any one of them with my hair needs 100% . Well done girls # happy family .

As always a very warm welcome, asked to come and take a seat as soon as I walked in and as it was a very hot day the air conditioning was very welcome. Elle asked me what i would like doing with my hair and she got on with it straight away. She made an excellent job of it as she always does .
