Had a brilliant blow dry eventually but before that i arrived on time. 20 mins later I was told id get a wash, 10 mins later i was taken to the basen.but the boiler.broke so had a cold wash after being taken downstairs. My hair was knotty and with 2 stylists trying to detangle my hair it was uncomfortable to say the least. I was there 1 hour 35 mins for a blow dry and charged for a long hair blow dry when my hair is just below shoulder length. Given the delays , no water or tea/coffee being offered as well as a cold hair wash being charged full price was a bit cheeky in my opinion.

Fab morning spent at THB Penarth. Warm welcome with nice coffee then down to business of what to have done. Leigharne had some fab ideas and she set to work transforming my hair. End creation was fantastic , colour was just right for my short hair. Would recommend I love my visits as it’s so relaxing and all the staff are so friendly❤️
First time that Stevie was my stylist and she was great. Explained what she was doing and all the products she used on my hair.

I haven’t been to this salon for a while and I was need of cut. Because I needed a haircut before Thursday, Brandon was just a random choice. I found him to be extremely polite, interesting and professional, I also felt comfortable because I always feel so awkward in the chair. Anyways, I loved what he did with my hair.
