I’ve always been very nervous about getting my hair cut/coloured, but I absolutely love Fich and Ramous wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done! Amazing service staff are all so friendly and welcoming. You can 100% trust that they will achieve any colour/style you like. I always leave the salon with a huge smile on my face!

Abi was super friendly and nice, made me feel welcomed. She took time to listen to my requirements and delivered an amazing haircut. I would have preferred to have been told about the extra few quid for PPEs. Having said that a very friendly yet professional service. Thank you.

Right from the moment I stepped in to this salon I felt comfortable. I was listened to, given advice and options, the process was explained. The staff are SO lovely. Will be back for sure!!

I always love going to have my hair done. All staff ensure they are wearing PPE and keeping clients safe, but this doesn't detract from the relaxing experience.

So tentative listened to what I wanted and then enhanced the idea. Great care with minimal people taking care of me from the moment I entered to leaving the salon. Took some photos of my hair before and after so I could see the transformation. My hair not only looks amazing but feels amazing. Thank you again

Sunette did her absolute best to give me the colour I wanted and the cut is the best I’ve had in a long time (in other salons) - love the results and I will be returning.

Sunett did another fantastic job on colouring and cutting my hair. She always listens to what I want and advises me accordingly. Sunett is also wonderful at giving a head massage ..... I neatly fell asleep.

What an amazing haircut. Really found out what I needed. Cut beautifully in a clean and friendly Salon. I got three options how to finish the style of I choose to have a curl for mine and I've booked for a colour next. I would highly recommend. Many thanks. Made me feel like a million pounds!

This was a really lovely experience, having not had a proper cut for over a year. Would definitely recommend Jack who cut and everyone else in the salon who were lovely. Atmosphere was as good as could be provided but in truth it will never be the same for me , or I expect the staff until masks and distancing have gone, faces can be seen and coffee and tea can be served Not the fault of the salon of course, who
