As always, a very warm and friendly welcome. I am always happy with my hair cut by Ceri: she is an excellent stylist and a lovely person. The Aveda products feel fabulous and my hair looks great. I have been coming for nearly 20 years now and am never disappointed. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!

I had a great experience with Sands. From the second I walked in till I left I was looked after. It's my first cut in a salon as a man with long hair. Stuart was amazing. Really nice person to speak with and really impressed with the cut he gave me. The place was really clean and inviting. Was offered drinks on multiple occasions and snacks. Really happy and will 100% be my go too salon for future cuts

Another lovely haircut with Alex, who takes great care of my hair. Careful precision cutting and attention to detail and I’m always very pleased with the result. A lovely relaxing experience, like having a coffee with one of my besties, but with a really good haircut thrown in! Lovely salon with a great atmosphere and always a warm and friendly welcome at the door from Josh. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit but everyone was kind and welcoming and Ceri gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. Couldn’t recommend more.

I’ve never been to the salon before but after a phone call with Laura I instantly couldn’t wait for my appointment, she listened to what I was looking for and offered me a suitable stylist to what I was after and told me about the salons free car parking all around the salon / area. Which made me feel relaxed knowing I could park outside for free. Upon arrival I had a warm welcome instantly offered a cup of tea.
My hair wash was so lovely the head massage was relaxing in a cosy atmosphere.

Beni who cut my hair was brilliant very knowledgeable and really did exactly what I wanted I’m so pleased with the result.
I will definitely return. Highly recommend Sands.

Amazing experience. I’ve been twice before and loved it but this time I had my hair coloured and I’m absolutely in love. It’s a lovely salon and Alex really listened to what I wanted and I absolutely love how she did it. I couldn’t reccomend enough!

Beni knew and delivered exactly what I wanted as always and made me feel very welcome. Ian (assistant) gave me a lovely relaxing head massage. Consistently good friendly service which is why I return each time (expensive but worth it imo). Only negative is the salon was cold and I question if there was any heating on (mid October). I was offered a hot water bottle though :-)

This was my second visit to Sands, my first consultation with Carole. On both occasions I have been really happy with my hair cut and the level of service. Carole understood what I wanted and I left the salon feeling really confident with my new cut. It’s a very welcoming environment, with everybody contributing to a positive experience. I have already booked my next consultation.

Both visits to sands now have been great, I’ve booked often last minute and they’ve squeezed me in, feels like a real treat everyone was lovely and love my fresh hair!
