Today was my first visit to the salon and was greeted by a friendly receptionist that made me feel comfortable.
Sophie my stylist introduced herself and talked me through what I wanted she was so professional and friendly.lovely salon definitely returning.

Was super easy chatting to Osian, plus my hair looks great so I couldn’t be happier??

This is my second balayage with Katie and once again I'm really pleased with the result. I asked for something quite natural looking and Katie listened and took this on board. I also asked for advice on the cut and am really happy with how it turned out. A very positive experience!

Great cut , relaxing session and an added bonus of head massage! Sophie actually listens and advises.

The lovely Zoe looked after me superbly this morning. I hadn’t bothered with my nails this past year so Zoe started my shaping, buffing, and treating cuticles. Great new polishes to choose from, longer lasting too. Finished off with oil and hand cream massage. Most comfortable new beauty therapy area has been created. Smart and smiling staff and a cappuccino included. I shall not leave it too long before I return.

A brilliant first haircut from Osian. Great chat too. An excellent barber in Pontcanna.

Sophie and the team look after us both very well. Sandra has special communication needs following a stroke and yet they make her feel just like any ordinary client and she is really upbeat by the time we leave. Her hair looks fabulous too!
