I find hair cuts nerve racking as I've had bad experiences in the past where they didnt cut my hair how I wanted it and it was a mess but I felt at ease and comfortable with the stylist.

Very quick visit today. Almost embarrassed going straight home as I returned 22 minutes after leaving. Salon was very quiet - I'm sure one assistant was walking round & round with the same pile of towels. Perhaps I am tired of the lack of pampering: time, tea/coffee & style tips.

Thank you to Kelly who has done the best balayage on my hair! She has done such a good job and was so lovely! 100% would recommend and will absolutely be back!

Superb service as akways

Poppy was recommended to me and I have to say poppy is very good. I have short hair and it stays in style and looks well cut. A bit pricey but worth it for a very good cut.

Well what can I say! The service is second to none! The girls are so friendly and lovely in there! Kelly who does my hair is absolutely brilliant at following a photo you show her and executing it! Her head massages whilst washing are a treat in itself. My phone died and Nicole lent me her charger which was so kind and helpful of her. Honestly all I can say is amazing!!!!

Poppy took ten years off my life today with a brilliant highlights job - grey banished to the margins! Lovely pink/red highlights - lovin it! Curtains are twitching all over the estate! ;-)

I have used sun beds for years. Previously, there was a mirror in the cubicle to repair the hair after the fan disturbance! More expensive than I have paid & there was also a vibrator plate included.

Such amazing customer service and the time and quality that went into doing my hair today was amazing! Thank you to Nicole who did such an incredible job! Especially as it was my first time colouring my hair so thank you!

As a new client I was was made very welcome, my hairwasher put me at ease chatting, and a lovely massage so was very relaxed. Nicole did my hair lovely and again we had a nice chat, all in all very pleased.

Today I received a scattered balayage and cut. It was my first time having colour at a salon but Nicole was amazing, really professional and I was over the moon with my new hair! It’s exactly what I wanted, thank you. The Yatton salon is lovely with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at broad st hairdressers in yatton, the hairdressers were talkative and friendly whilst being professional. This was the first time having my hair dyed and I went from almost black to a balayage blonde, I felt so at ease and Kelly assured me right the way throughout. I absolutely love my hair now and would thourally reccomend this hairdressers without a shadow of doubt!

Broad St Yatton is the best salon! The service is great, the stylist is lovely. I moved here recently from another hairdresser and I’m definitely staying. The stylist listened to what I wanted and I am so pleased with the result, a lovely short style.
