Relaxing, atmosphere, helpful,and good advise .

My first experience at Broad Street, with Jodie and it was brilliant. She listened and gave me a fantastic cut and blow dry (lovely hair wash too), showed all the products without me feeling obliged (but I'll be purchasing for Christmas), and I came away feeling utterly pampered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I always get my haircut and coloured by Poppy and every time without fail she makes me feel comfortable and valued in the salon. She is very professional and always gives me her honest opinion! I always walk out loving my hair! Xxx

I had Carla cut my hair, she was amazing, great cut and so friendly. I went in there not knowing what I want and came out with an amazing cut that suits me perfectly, with loads of helpful hints styling my hair.

Been to Cadbury a few times and the girls there have always been lovely, always offered a tea or coffee. They start up pleasent conversation but don't talk too much if your not feeling quite up to it. The salon is quite small and can be crowded when all the chairs are full. They cater to everyone's needs, will be returning for my next appointment.

I can say I genuinely enjoyed my experience here. Very welcoming and sincere staff, hospitality was impeccable, good colour consultation and brilliant cut. Overall the service was absolutely faultless.

After myself and my sister had a few bad experiences with our colours we decided to try broadstreet hair dressers,the staff were really helpful and friendly,we had our colours,cut and blow dry and were really pleased with the results.
We would like to thank Carla and poppy for their expertise help and advice and will definitely be returning.

I love my visits to Cadbury Broad Street, the salon is always a happy place. The staff are always friendly and feels like I am with friends.

I came in initially when Richard was new to the salon. I very rarely go to the same salon twice but I am definitely continuing to go to Richard, he has cut my hair in a way that is easy to manage and listens to what I want. This is the first time I have come out of a salon with a hair cut I want. I have just been in for my second visit with Richard and yet again he did not disappoint I'm looking forward to my next visit. (He also makes a great cup of tea!)

Enjoyed coming here as busy atmosphere and didn't have to wait long. However I was offered a coffee which I accepted but never received. Also I was charged as a 'restyle' just because I have long hair!

Having had shoulder length hair for a while, I decided to take the plunge and go short! Richard was great, listened, understood what I wanted and my nervousness, was honest about what would work, and gave me a great short haircut! Will go back!

I have been using them for over 2 years now and I cannot fault any of them. The customer service, attention to detail, great atmosphere and professional knowledge are second to none. Over the time I've been there, Poppy has been my stylist and has never so much as batted an eyelid every time I come up with new hair ideas; except when to let me know gently when it's an horrific plan and I'll look terrible! Bless her. She's seen me through everything from hair extensions to a short grey bob and everything in between. I can't recommend this salon and Poppy in particular, highly enough.

Brilliant hair cut

Wayne is one of very few people who are able to make my hair look good. It's very fine flyaway wavy hair and needs a good cut to enable me to handle it myself.

As always my experience was a very relaxed pleasurable one, Emma and all the staff are so welcoming and make me feel very comfortable.
While there on this occasion a member of staff helped a Dad comfort his daughter for her hair cut, the situation was handled perfectly and as a mum I know how difficult these situations can be!

After being away from the salon for a few months it was lovely to be back. After a smashing cup of tea Emma washed and trimmed my hair. She remembered my usual style and we had a a nice chat.
Only down side was the news that Emma is moving to the Nailsea branch - never mind Nailsea's not too far to go. ????

After paying a visit to broad St for the second time my appointment with Carla I can 100% happily say this was the best full head of highlights I have had.
Such a lovely salon atmosphere, Fabulous customer service, knowledge and advice given in maintaining my hair.
With Carla now being a great friend of mine I will continue to return to her great expertise.

Greeted politely and warmly, tea/coffee offered whilst I waited (I was early). The studio was very calm. Gina was very friendly and paid attention to what I was saying and wanted. She used her knowledge and experience to make my dry choppy hair amazing! Thank you !!

My partner planned a surprise 30th birthday day out for me. I was taken to the broad street salon at cadbury and had Gina. They were so lovely and put me at ease straight away- I normally have one hair cut a year and avoid nice salons due to not having the time. My hair was in appealing condition having been cut over a year ago but Gina transformed my hair and it looks amazing! I actually felt a million time more confident and Gina took a lot of time with me picking colours, making sure I was happy with it, checking it all to make sure it was perfect and then styling it. Gina recommended products for my hair which I have used already and my hair is so soft and smooth. I was offered drinks all the time and was looked after like a celebrity- nothing was too much trouble and my partner when booking this was very grateful. My hair hair been completely transformed and I will now look after my hair and will be back in the near future! Thank you for everything girls!

I can't begin to praise the girls at Cadbury X I stupidly coloured my own hair and it went terribly wrong!! I contacted Cadbury salon and they were so lovely and helpful on the phone. They agreed to see me the same day. From the minute I arrived till the time I left I felt so welcomed and in such good hands. Everything was done and nothing was too much trouble. My hair looks stunning and I was so pleased with the results. I can't wait to go back X thank you so much X I highly recommend this salon
