Our stylist was really friendly and made both children feel relaxed. They both loved the lollies afterwards too!!

Cara was friendly and made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips on blow drying. I felt as though other staff weren't particularly welcoming, in other salons, all stylists have said hello/smiled even if they weren't working with me. I thought the salon was set out well.

Had my hair cut and blow dried today by stylist Ashlea, my hair has come out amazingly.
All stylist at the shop seemed friendly and everyone was leaving with beautiful hair and smiles on theie faces.

Very happy with my first experience at Broad Street in Yatton. Poppy coloured and cut my hair perfectly and was friendly and approachable. The young lady who shampooed my hair was very friendly and gave me a lovely head massage. Only one reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I really suffer from neck pain and find those basins really uncomfortable. I would prefer to be flatter with a much softer neck rest. But apart from that, am extremely happy with my colour and cut.

I’ll be honest, I’d not had a hair cut in a while and my hair was more straw the strawberry blonde. Walked in and was instantly put at ease, laughing and relaxing. My stylist, Carla, did wonders to my sorry mop. I left not only with new knowledge about my hair(& how keep it that way!) but a bounce in my step as well as my freshly cut, moisturised and curled hair. Thank you!! :)

Trust Poppy with your colour and cut. She listens to what you want and delivers with a friendly chat and coffee.

As I live in Yatton I decided to try the new salon instead of going to Congresbury and was very pleased with the new cut and colour that Poppy did for me. Lots of compliments received.
