Always a friendly and efficient welcome. Jodie is excellent, lovely to chat to and seems to instinctively get the colour just right. The hair wash is always wonderfully relaxing. All the staff are great, warm and approachable and helpful. A professional salon with high standards. Would highly recommend.

Myself and my daughter have both had Millie as our stylist since she started at the salon five years ago. My daughter had her latest appointment this afternoon, and I was so impressed by how patient Millie was with her, especially as my daughter really struggles to sit still for any length of time. I was so touched seeing how she interacted with her. My daughter was also thrilled with her new hairstyle and couldn't WAIT to show her daddy and big brother when we arrived home ☺️

Super cut and blow dry and an overall uplifting experience.

Elinor's treatment was fine, but the young girl who washed my hair nearly drowned me! She said she had only been working in the salon for 3 weeks. While she was trying to wash the back of my head, the water was just running down my neck and back and under my arms. I told Elinor when I paid and she offered me a towel. Fortunately I had a cardigan to put over but I was quite wet! Maybe she had insufficient training on how to wash long hair?

A really great haircut, Lauren is fantastic. Lovely to chat to her, I’m very pleased.

Very warm welcome. I was made to feel special and individual. Beautiful salon in an old Georgian house with lots of original features and loads of light. A lovely place to work and to visit. Attention to detail and excellent customer care.

Wonderful as ever. Eleanor is so good at what she does - for me cut and highlights. She listens and is so kind. It is a very relaxing experience and one that I look forward to every month or so.
