Been visiting this salon for several years now. Gemma is an excellent stylist, her haircuts and colouring are always perfect, price has remained the same for years now. The Aveda products are nice. No tea offered at present but hopefully that will change in time.
Was quoted £65 for highlights only (didn't want a cut or blowdry). Hair was rough dried to see the colour and was still charged £21 for a blowdry. . . . Very unprofessional company. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I religiously use Aveda products and visit Aveda salons around the UK for 10 years. With my job I travel so I used this salon for the works. First impressions were good, nice welcome and beverage offered, this isn't what I would call the 'Real' Aveda experience (no Aveda tea or teapots offered, no massages etc) the decor is far from the standards at the Aveda salons I am have visited. Hair colouring and cutting was ok not sure if the techniques and product knowledge is to the highest standard for what Aveda should be. Aveda is rather expensive and when visiting an Aveda inspired salon you expect the best it is unfortunate but this salon doesn't deliver in several ways. Not sure the shop floor is really designed to be a hair salon. Good points were the biscuits and coffee offered
I have been coming to this salon for many years now and would not go anywhere else! All the staff are very welcoming and no request is too much for them. Lovely extras include a hand and ‘de stress’ massage. Would highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a great haircut in a relaxing & friendly environemt.
I had my hair done for a special occasion and couldn’t have been happier with the result!
All my friends commented on my hair and asked where I had it done.
Everyone was very friendly and professional.
They offered a complimentary head and shoulder massage which made me feel very relaxed and spoiled.
Their coffee was also very nice and they offered a delicious homemade biscuit to go with, a nice touch.
I am also now a fan of Aveda. The only place in Taunton that stock their products.
I have a 40 mile round journey to Olimi and it is well worth it . I’ve been a customer for 5 years and highly recommend Danusha????
A fantastic salon with excellent and always courteous, professional staff. Extremely well managed by Danusha who has an eye and talent for making the most of your hair. I would not go anywhere else.
Really happy with my hair cut and finish at Olimis. The senior hair stylist was brilliant and I will be recommending this place to all my friends from now on! I will be back!!

Gemma is the one to go to in this salon! Have been seeing her for years and never had a bad haircut! The salon is slightly dated and odd decor but a good cup of tea
Booked in for a full set of highlights, since have had to have corrected by another hairdresser as it was streaky and yellow. Really disappointing as this was a treat for myself whilst I was visiting. The salon does have nice refreshments on offer but everything else is below average for an expensive salon brand. Will not be recommending

Dont feel this salon is particularly friendly when you enter your lucky if you get a hello or acknowledgement from any member of staff.
Find this salon very dark & cramped & customer service is below par.
Lucky to be even offered a drink & all in all whole process is rushed & doesn't feel like a treat.
Won't be using this salon again as I think other competitors would offer a lot more. If you're looking for a extra special experience avoid this salon & save your money.
