Sophie was amazing. She took the time to listen to me, and recommended what style would work for my fine hair. She also showed me how to style it myself. I left the salon looking like I had 3 times more hair than when I went in! Fantastic service.

Gilly was amazing! She corrected my box dyed brown hair and gave me a beautiful blonde bayalage. Gilly really listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on what would suit me. It’s the first time I’ve had a really positive experience when asking to go lighter.

I’m unsure of the name of the girl I think it might’ve been Sophia, she has long blonde hair with silver tinsel streaks in it, she was amazing made me feel very comfortable asked lots of questions about my hair and what I wanted. Great outcome too

It's my first time visiting a hairdresser shop in the UK. The lovely young girl, named Caitlin cut my hair. She did a great job! And she is very friendly too. I'm very happy with my hair cut.

This is my 3rd time with Sophia and every time I leave so happy! I got a colour done this time and it’s exactly how I wanted it - I really trust her with my hair and will continue to return to her :)

Dropped in on off chance they could fit me in for a dry cut.Was shown immediately to a chair, my coat hung up, offered tea and coffee and consulted what cut I was looking for.Really good hair style and cut and Caitlin was chatty and friendly.I will be back

I had an appointment for highlights after 6 months if leaving my natural roots to grow , I ask for icy blond and , ***** said yes no problem but I saw at home in the mirror was yellow which I never been before on my natural hair plus she didn’t use any hair serum or treatment after washing never experienced this my hair was extremely dry as I guess she didn’t use also conditioner , I’m very disappointed I’ve been in that salon already for years but never experienced something like that plus I paid a lot of money for nothing , I’ll request my money back

Really pleased with my beautiful colour and my new cut today. Went in to have a Bob cut in and it was done exactly how I had it in mind. The colour is always done spot on too! Very happy. Thank you Sophia!

Just moved to the area. Am very particular with my hair. Have had the same stylist for years. This was my first time here and it was a first class service. Gale was so lovely and attentive….advised of products for my hair and how to look after it. The spiral effect looks stunning. Will definitely be returning
