Sam did an excellent job as always. When I preparing to leave as it was raining I put up my jacket hood. ***** then said that Keratin treatment would be good for my hair. She openly criticised Sam for not telling me about this and she said to him, " haven't you told her about it ". The her was me, no mention of my name. In my experience, she was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. I explained I have had severe scalp reactions to natural colour treatments and I am very wary of any product going on my scalp. I did say I was interested and would make an appointment, she offered to
Do a skin patch test there and then but not on my scalp! I told her it needed to be on my
scalp due to previous reactions. I have followed Sam to this salon and have nothing but praise for his hairstyling and personable qualities . Perhaps ***** is unaware how she comes across to customers. I will leave this with you and hope to receive a reply. Thank you, Susan

Really happy with Daniel my stylist. He does a great job and he is very easy going and polite.
However, this is second occasion when I have. Been in the middle of paying and booking my next appointment when another member of staff has taken the pay machine for their transaction, and I have then been left waiting to book my next appointment, whilst they proc ed to deal with their customer
It’s polite to let a customer to finish their total transaction and then deal with the next person in line!

As always my stylist left me feeling really pleased with my haircut and Sam, as always, made my day.
The salon itself is very relaxing and the music is not over the top. We're able to talk without having to shout.
