Bayalage by Dana, cut and finish by Sam. Both put my teenage daughter at ease, they made her feel listened to and really paid attention to detail. The salon is always welcoming. Finished colour and cut was excellent, oh and she loved the scalp massage! Thank you both.

Balayage by Dana, cut and finish by Sam. Both put my teenage daughter at ease for her first colour, cut and blowdry. She was listened to and everything was explained to her. Results were exactly as she hoped, all staff are welcoming and attentive, with many offers of cups of tea. Oh and she particularly loved the scalp massage! Thank you both.

lovely treat on my day off. Shampooing felt very relaxing and Martyn was clearly ‘in the zone’ during cutting - he took off just the right amount of lengths to make my hair look shiny and healthy again and finished it off with a lovely natural styling. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the salon, too.

Sam managed to get my hair from dark brown to the copper colour i wanted. Well pleased

I have lived in Taunton for 10 years and have struggled to find decent a hairdresser and when I do find one they move away. I have more than my fair share of horror haircuts, and I am nervous when trying someone new. I was however very pleased with Dana, she gave a proper consultation and. Discussed what I wanted and what my options were. I will definitely be back and in fact booked again which I very rarely do.

I went to this salon as I had read very good reviews about the stylist.
I was not dissapointed Billie explained everything as she was cutting and styling.
She was very informative about products.
I left the salon feeling confident that I now have a modern hair cut that is sympathetic to my age.
This is the best haircut I have had since moving to Taunton 5 yrs ago.

Sam is courteous, friendly, chatty (but not too chatty), honest and does the best head massage when washing your hair. He is thorough with great attention to detail - a perfectionist who discusses exactly what you want before starting. I have never had a bad experience with him cutting my hair. Thank you Sam

I’ve had three appointments now with Sam, and have been very happy with the results. Sam really listens to your concerns and ideas, and puts a plan into place. He has also given me some useful tips to manage my hair between appointments.

This was my third appointment with Sam, and I am so pleased with what he has achieved. I really like his approach - he listened to my ideas and concerns, and responded with excellent professional advice. His plan is working - after each visit I have seen a real improvement in my tricky hair!

Very good as usual. Dana always does a great job and is a lovely person. Her colleague who washed and dried my hair was also very pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t know her name.

Highly recommend Dana every time I visit the salon she creates exactly my vision..she is so talented. My colour and cut today was perfect. The salon is clean, bright and friendly. I would never go anywhere else.

Had another fab haircut with Billie. I went in with half an idea and no pictures, Billie diplomatically pointed out the limits of my curls and suggested a style. Hairdressers in the past approached my curls with a fixed way of cutting, what I like about Billie is her creativity, she is very interesting to watch. She had her work cut out and did a wonderful job. Also had a lovely shampoo from Alice.

I came to the salon yesterday morning with a hair sos, I’d had a colour in another salon & it was far to dark. I’d stripped it at home & done a bleach bath so it needed a colour correction. I had a lovely stylist (I’m not sure of her name) who looked after me & nothing was to much trouble. She worked magic on me. Lovely salon and lovely staff. Thankyou so much. Rachel xxx
