I have been travelling from Exeter to Taunton every six weeks to Hair@22 salon for Gayle to cut and colour my hair . It all started when a friend recommended Gayle’s expertise with difficult curly hair . I have to say it’s a joy to watch her create an image for me with both the colour and the cut . Time spent in the Salon is always enjoyable with a Happy and relaxed atmosphere . I can highly recommend giving them a try. Having observed all the stylists you won’t be disappointed whoever you chose .

Sam is a brilliant hairdresser. He’s extremely attentive and friendly. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Alice washes my hair. She’s so professional and sweet. Really like this salon. Friendly and well managed.

Sam did an amazing job on my hair today. Was in there for over 3 and a half hours (inc past closing) and he worked so hard! Just because he wasn’t 100% satisfied with the finished product he only charged me half although I would have happily paid in full. Genuinely lovey guy who obviously loves his job and it shows. Made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you so much- see you in the new year!

I had a cut (restyle) and colour on my long previously undyed hair.
Really pleased with the cut, Eve cut it exactly how I wanted it and didn't take too much off the length (as requested).
The colour is fab! Looks really stunning.
The overall service is excellent, everyone is polite / friendly and the salon environment is professional but relaxed.
Will definitely be back soon!

Sam is the ultimate you’d expect in a stylist. Attentive, accurate, knowledgeable. I have had some less than happy hair experiences since moving to the area so finally finding Sam is a great relief. Coffee and ambience are great too.

Always a great friendly service and never been disappointed with the cut

I think it was ***** but I can’t remember now. I’ve been meaning to give a review for ages. I went in to get the Brazilian blowout treatment that they offer at the beginning of June. They told me it should relax my hair and last for nearly 6 months. I was concerned my hair would be resistant but they assured me it wouldn’t. At the end of the treatment I they had 2 people straightening my hair, each strand 5 times. As a result for the first few days my hair was lovely and soft and straight. I bought the expensive shampoo they recommended at the time that is sulphate free. After not even a month of following their instructions and only using their shampoo it just went back to normal. Now a few months on you wouldn’t even be able to tell I had it done. So much for 6 months. Basically I paid for a very expensive flat iron hair straightening. I didn’t swim with it, I didn’t do anything that might have ruined the treatment.
I don’t recommend.

Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, great friendly staff and very polite and helpful. Sorry but can’t remember name of stylist but she done a top job will definitely go again

I’ve been seeing Amanda for about Year now following my usual lady going on maternity leave. Amanda is lovely and really values her clients, listens to what they would like to achieve and gives good advice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
