Today I had an appointment with Maddie. I walked in and commented about having my hair cut shorter. Maddie was very professional and talked about it with me before doing it. I love it. Thank you Maddie for making me feel like me again.

Charlie stepped in last minute due to timing issues at the salon, and she did a great job of my trim and blow-dry. Good advice too for using a hair masque to moisturise my hair and help counter yellow tones.

Attended a training session appointment for t-secrion highlights and cut/finish, a fantastic experience with Tara completing the highlights - Blondes and a few red highlights through which look lush! Cut completed by chloe, hair feels and looks much better, all with the support of jess who also is fantastic, with a really comfortable feel to the salon,

I think the stylist cut well and the result was quite near what I wanted. Felt the atmosphere in the salon was strained, I didn't really enjoy the whole experience.
