Tranquillity Hair

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, they have completely sorted my hair out, from being in really bad condition to now having lovely healthy hair. I have complete faith that i can turn my hair over to them and they will do what they do best, give me a fantastic cut/style/colour that really suits me. You get what you pay for, fantastic customer service, professional and friendly and a really relaxing atmosphere.

A pleasant and enjoyable afternoon having hair foils.a wash and cut. Made to feel welcome and valued by the stylist and a lovely relaxing hair wash and head massage. Happy with the outcome and pleases with the final result.

Always a very pleasant experience in a lovely relaxing atmosphere staff are all lovely. Never feel rushed throughout your treatment. Had a young girl called Tilly doing my highlights for the first time she was charming as well as Jessie.

Had my hair coloured and highlighted again after 4 months from the 1st time. It's beautiful and looks really fresh. Tilly explained that although my roots were dark now it actually emphasised the look..so she blended them in. She always talks through her products and procedures she's very attentive! The cup of tea on a hot day was great as well! I absolutely love the atmosphere in this salon won't go anywhere else.

I went to tranquility for a trim. Tilly was very welcoming and did a fab job. I even got some free samples for my forever annoying sensitive scalp!

Before I started coming to Tranquility I didn't really have a regular salon, I was constantly feeling let down and overcharged by other salons in the area. I've been seeing Tash every 6-10 weeks for the last 2 years and have always been happy with the final result. I've had everything from a simple trim to a complete restyle with colour. I love how the entire process feels like a treat, from taking your coat at the door, to the free range of drinks on offer, to the mini head massage whilst your hair is being washed. The prices are affordable and I think the free fringe trim service and the loyalty scheme is something all salons should offer. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Had a kebelo treatment on Wednesday done by the lovely Jess. My hair is naturally dry and frizzy. Jess explained in detail what she was doing and also took into consideration my expectations of the treatment.
I am absolutely thrilled with the result !!! My hair is lovely and soft , the tight frizzy curls have now become soft wave like curls . I have yet to use the special Kebelo shampoo conditioner and serum which you use in place of your usual shampoo.
Well done Tranquilty!!!!

This is my second treatment and although it takes a long time with the addition of a colour and cut I am more than pleased with the end result. I have very curly/frizzy hair and this is the only treatment without harsh chemicals that gives me more manageable hair.

Had another fantastic cut with Jessie today, I have naturally curly hair but Jessie at Tranquility knows how to cut it perfectly.....hard when it has a mind of its own, cant rate thus salon highly enough!

What I love about Tranquility is the attention to the small details which really enhance the customer experience - from taking your coat at the door, to the free range of drinks on offer, to the mini head massage whilst your hair is being washed. Small details but they really make you feel looked after and valued as a customer. The prices are extremely reasonable, not to mention the free fringe trim service and the loyalty scheme. Oh and they're not bad at cutting hair either :-)

Everyone is professional but very friendly and welcoming, and there is an endless supply of coffee if you want it whilst you are being pampered.
Always feel that they are up to date with the latest trends too.
Probably not the cheapest salon in street but there is a range of prices depending on the level of stylist.

Jess is very friendly and professional, not only will she do my hair exactly how I ask for it but also help me in making choices to suit me.

I've been having my haircut at Tranquility for at least 6 years and have never had a bad experience. My thick, hard to manage hair has been cut by several different hairstylists and they all make it look great. Lacie has done an amazing job on my highlights and makes the appointments fun!

Until Tranquillity opened , I had been trying out hair salons like a lost soul, desperately trying to find a really good, affordable one.then Tranquillity arrived in Street and answered all my prayers. The staff are wonderful, the prices are amazing and the atmosphere matches. A little bit of London in my own back yard - I love it and will never stop going. Thank you Tranquillity x

This salon is a bustling hive of activity with friendly, professional staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Your coat is collected and hung up for you on arrival and a menu of hot and cold soft drinks is available for you to choose from whilst you wait for your stylist. Tash is amazing! She is a great stylist and her hair care advice and knowledge is second to none!!

Always a great friendly feel . Attention to detail is fab . Staff always seem happy . Special mention to Tash who always makes my hair look fabulous

Every appointment commences with a consultation where you are listened to then provided with knowledgable advice to ensure your expectations are reached. Wow! I am totally in love with my hair! I had brown hair with grown out red on the ends. I now have blonde hair! Amazing blonde hair! A full head of highlights and it looks amazing!! I never thought it could ever look this good, especially after just one visit! Jess you are amazing!! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend! I'm in love with my hair for the first time ever!

I've been coming to Tranquility since it opened. The girls are always professional and friendly. The salon itself is pleasantly decorated with free wi-fi and a good selection of hot and cold drinks. Always extremely satisfied with my cuts/colours and treatments. Highly recommend Tranquility.
