Just like to say thanks for my colour and cut I feel like a new woman!! Had the best head massage and my colour came out perfectly just as I had wanted. With the cut as well I felt fabulous! Thanks girls!

I have been seeing Jess for over 4 years now. Apart from being a great stylist, she's a confident young professional with an amazing memory! 6weeks pass and she remembers our chat like it was yesterday! All the girls are friendly and attentive.

Had a trial with Jess for myself and 3 bridesmaids! She was brilliant and is super talented! X

Tilly as usual did a fab job colouring and cutting my hair, with the added bonus for me of gently working around my head injury and taking into account where hair had been shaved by the doctors. I couldn't have asked for kinder or more professional care and I left the salon feeling great! Thank you Tilly.

I met with Tilly today after losing my hair. My hair was really short and I felt very apprehensive about going to the hairdressers.
Tilly was so lovely, made me feel comfortable, gave my hair a trim and gave me loads of advice about how to grow my hair out. I'm so glad I went and want to thank tilly for her kind and compassionate approach.

I always feel very well looked after by Tash. She always listens to what I want and gives me very good advice.
I'm always greeted by a friendly face when I arrive and offered a much leaded and appreciated drink.
I've never been kept waiting for my appointment and have recommended the salon to a friend...Kathy lane ...who comes regularly.

Tranquility team as ever are very friendly, provide fantastic service and make their clients welcome on every visit. The standard of customer service is matched by the standard of the hairdressing service. I always come out feeling 100% better than when I arrived and as though I've had a real treat. The star rating may make for dull reading (as they're all identical) but I think all of those stars are well deserved.

I have my haircut every four weeks. The staff are are always friendly and welcoming. My stylist is excellent and consistent. I have very short hair that requires a high level of skill, patience and precision to ensure a sharp cut every time. I have my hair cut every 12 weeks and can recommend this salon to anyone. My hairdresser is Jess and she always cuts my hair just as i like it. Lovely salon, great staff, great service.

Excellent visit to Tranquility today for myself and 2 children. Lacie cuts my 4 yr olds hair, he loves to see her and she makes him feel at ease. She also cuts and styles my 12 yr old daughters hair. It is amazing and she always styles it different each time, which my daughter loves. I have Jessie cut my hair. She is lovely and always does such a good job. Would not go anywhere else.

Jaime looked after me today as I booked a last minute appointment. I normally have Lacie. Both are fantastic, as are all the staff who are super friendly. Genuinely the best salon in Somerset with reasonable prices for the quality of service. The head massage is worth the 45 minute drive too!

I am someone who needs advice and opinions on my hair style ...... Clara in tranquility gives me this by the bucket load ! All the girls working there are extremely polite and professional. You are always offered drinks regularly. I alway leave this salon very happy and I've been coming here for quite a few years

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at Tranquility. Tilly is a lovely person as well as being a great hairdresser.

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, they have completely sorted my hair out, from being in really bad condition to now having lovely healthy hair. I have complete faith that i can turn my hair over to them and they will do what they do best, give me a fantastic cut/style/colour that really suits me. You get what you pay for, fantastic customer service, professional and friendly and a really relaxing atmosphere.

Always a very pleasant experience in a lovely relaxing atmosphere staff are all lovely. Never feel rushed throughout your treatment. Had a young girl called Tilly doing my highlights for the first time she was charming as well as Jessie.

Had my hair coloured and highlighted again after 4 months from the 1st time. It's beautiful and looks really fresh. Tilly explained that although my roots were dark now it actually emphasised the look..so she blended them in. She always talks through her products and procedures she's very attentive! The cup of tea on a hot day was great as well! I absolutely love the atmosphere in this salon won't go anywhere else.

I went to tranquility for a trim. Tilly was very welcoming and did a fab job. I even got some free samples for my forever annoying sensitive scalp!

Highly recommend.

I had a great treatment at Tranquilliy, with Tash. I had good colour advice, perfect haircut. I feel well looked after, and will be returning soon. Also advice other people to go and visit the salon. It is modern, clean, and has a good team spirit.
I like my coffee and magazines, and enjoyed a scalp massage with the hair wash.

I don't think I've ever left a salon feeling so good about my hair. I've been having highlights for 19 years and never been so pleased. Really impressed with Tilly. Amazing hairdresser :)
