Nice people and relaxing atomosphere, very happy with the result.

So it's been about 3 and a half years since my last treat! Booked for my birthday and so pleased with my hair! Colour and cut is how i wanted and feel really good. Great staff. All so friendly and welcoming x

What a lovely time I had today in the salon. Tilly was amazing as always with the colour pots and hairdryer! Festive chocolate instead of usual biscuits were great as was the Christmas music playing to get everyone in the Christmas mood. Thank you for a great time!

Usual friendly service. Offered a drink. Bit surprised by the big price increase for 2018 nearly 30% way above inflation.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, Tilly invited me to sit down then came over to take my coat and check how I wanted my perm to look, then proceeded to do it really well. I'm very happy with it - thanks Tilly.

Such welcoming and friendly people, nothing was too much, and very clean! For a cold day, the salon was just warm enough without being stuffy. Was my first time going in, just had a little trim and tidied the fringe but Tilly was lovely and gave so many tidbits of wisdom to help me manage at home between appointments. Thoroughly recommend!

Always so pleased everytime I go to Tranquillity. Jesy is amazing and always knows what I want. The atmosphere is amazing there and all the girls are lovely. I have moved jobs but didn't want to move hairdresser so i travel 45minutes to have my hair done as i finally found one I trust.

As soon as you walk into the Salon you are greeted by Staff. Polite & friendly. Shown to seating area. Asked if you would like a drink. Hairdresser takes you to her station. Asked what you would like cut/trim dye. The end result for me was great. Hair trimmed & dyed. Very satisfied & happy leaving the salon.
Will be a returning customer.

Had a new stylist today as tash was poorly ( hope she,s better soon). Lacy did an excellant job. She took the time to find out what i wanted. She did a very good hair wash, made me feel very relaxed. I was very pleased with my hair cut & it still looked good after walking around the village during storm brian

I always feel fabulous after a visit to my hairdressers, truly lovely staff and great service.

This is the first time I have been to this salon and I am so happy , my hair looks and feels amazing , the staff are so nice , I only go to the hairdresser twice a year but I can say that is going to change . I have now booked to have some colour put in , Thank you excellent service and haircut .
