I had a great experience with Tash this evening. She was really took into account my needs and wasn’t afraid to suggest small tweaks to my cut which would look good. Money well spent.

Fabulous, I hadn’t made an appointment, just walked in and they could cut my sons hair, they made my son a hot Chocolate and me a coffee. The haircut was excellent one very happy boy. All the staff were excellent friendly and welcoming.

Took a picture in of how I’d like my hair and came out with exactly what I wanted. Jessy was great. She listened to what I wanted and gave me what I asked for. A lovely all round experience.

Had training with Sam today, a really lovely manner, chatting to understand the clients needs, did a fantastic head massage and a really good cut.

I’ve been with tranquility for about 2 years now. They are all so friendly and welcoming and do an amazing job of my hair which I have Tilly to thank for. I’ve always dreaded going to the hair dressers before as what I asked for never got done. I’ve been growing my hair for about 7/8years but never kept a regular appointment because I hated going. since I’ve had Tilly cutting my hair it’s so much healthier she has given me brilliant advise on how to keep it healthy, but more importantly to me she has put my faith back in hair dressers I book in every 7-8weeks and can’t wait to come into the salon. Thank you everybody at tranquility and thank you Tilly.

Having just moved to street and not knowing a lot of people it was lovely to come into your salon .,Karen gives everyone a warm welcome, Jessie and I have a laugh , what more could you ask for . For me it’s not all about what my hair looks like it’s about the atmosphere and experience . I actually look forward to going in .

I have my haircut every 4 weeks. I am always greeted with a friendly face and made to feel welcome. My stylist offers me a personal service and nothing is ever too much trouble!
