Good afternoon
Would prefer my stylist doing my finish of ie washing & straightening as felt the young lady was not confident enough even though she was a pleasant lass just needs more practice but not on customer s my hair is stuck up everywhere it took quite a bit of product to sort it

Also again your reception is far to brash and talking over me & to me as I’m trying to put my pin in with this I made the mistake twice then also banging on about the wedding appointment whitch is not till april next year after that my card was declined due to keep putting my card in luckily my daughter was there to pay or I would of been very stuck I’m sorry for the long message but I feel as a very long standing customer this really needs to be addressed

My first time at this Salon. I received a very warm welcome and was introduced to my stylist. I declined the first offer of a coffee but accepted later when I saw how nice it looked. Sam discussed and advised me on the style I wanted and then washed my hair and gave me a lovely head massage. She made me feel relaxed and confident and my satisfaction was important to her. This salon is the BEST! Karen is a miracle worker, as an older woman with long hair she knows how to colour cut and style it so (I always feel like a million dollars). I think she’s the best kept secret! After 4 years without a salon appointment i was in desperate need of a new me. Health issues make it hard to be feminine. Maddie worked her magic. A thorough discussion as to what i wanted compared to what was best for my fragile thin hair, a glorious wash and head massage and a cut i can feel like a real woman with.
