Lovely end to my working day having my haircut with Maddie very professional hair stylist and very friendly

Tilly is always friendly and welcoming. I am always offered a drink. And Xmas chocks today. I also had done colored glitter additions to my hair. Which I was very pleased with.

I wanted to be a bit braver and decided to have bangs and lots of layers. Ellisha was very thorough in finding the right style for me and I felt completely confident she would do an amazing job, which she did! I feel great and I'm extremely happy with the service! I will be booking back in the new year with the same stylist!

Great cut as always, friendly and relaxing. Always enjoy my trip to the salon.

Today was my first trip to the salon, what an incredible job all the girls did to make me feel super comfortable and at ease, offering me a drink, so friendly and attentive, especially Dulcie. She listened to everything I had to say, offered lots of expert advice of what would look best (as I have no clue when coming to hair), as she did an incredible job. The commitment and the care given was just lush. All round great work because my hair looks and feels amazing as do I. Thankyou ❤

In just over 2 hours Maddie transformed my dulling grown out shoulder length hair into a fresh and shiny style using 2 different colours in the foil highlights.. So knowledgeable and talented. Love her bouncy and friendly personality too x

After 4 years without a salon appointment i was in desperate need of a new me. Health issues make it hard to be feminine. Maddie worked her magic. A thorough discussion as to what i wanted compared to what was best for my fragile thin hair, a glorious wash and head massage and a cut i can feel like a real woman with. Looking and feeling thicker than ever before. I promise i won't wait another 4 years before i return!! Next is the colour!! Such a wonderful group of ladies who are so welcoming and engaging and helpful. I felt like a bride on her wedding day. Thank you!!!

Today, I've had a colour and cut with Maddie. My appointment was very relaxing, friendly and all the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.
I went for a slightly different colour and I absolutely love it. I've walked out of the salon loving my natural curls, that I've straightened for many years. Thank you Maddie.

Tilly has been my hairdresser now for a few years. She is brilliant. I go into the salon with my hair looking bedraggled and come out transformed. Tilly is great at fine tuning colour for highlights. I trust her completely with my colour, cut and style. We also have a lovely chat without it being overbearing in any way. Thank you Tilly.

Ellisha is not only the loveliest person you can imagine but she is also by far and away the best colourist I have ever had. I used to dread going to get my hair done now it is an absolute treat. Thank you Ellisha you are fab!

Lily your trainee was guided by Karen to turn my tired long hair into a modern collar length Bob…. Totally in love with my new look!!

Such a gorgeous and relaxing experience. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome,comfortable and looked after. The receptionist is exceptionally nice and Jaimi really listened to what I needed and really cared that I was happy with both colour and cut. A fabulous team.

I have been coming to Tilly for a few years now. Not only is she an excellent hairdresser she is a wonderful friendly kind and caring person. Considering the number of people she sees it amazes me how she remembers our conversations, and always seems interested in our chats. Its so lovely to spend time being pampered whilst having an engaging conversation.
The salon is beautiful, the sinks are the most comfortable I have ever had my hair washed in. They use really lovely smelling products which leave my hair shiny and healthy feeling.
All the staff are polite and professional, but you get a very individual service from your stylist. I think its wonderful to build that relationship, I totally trust Tilly to advise me on what suits my face and hair type.

The loveliest girls, always do an amazing job! And always make me feel so welcome. Every time I leave I always feel great and my hair always looks lush when I leave. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Was just what I needed. I got long hair and only get it cut once a year. When it gets to long it doesn't feel right. But Karen got it looking and feeling great. It's a really nice hair salon, there's plenty of drinks to choose from and everyone is friendly. The text message alerts are handy as well and I only had to wait a few days for an appointment even though their very busy.

As always … love having my hair done at Tranquility.. everyone is so nice and friendly and Maddie is an exceptional stylist!

I absolutely loved my finished look. I didn’t expect it to come out so light but it’s an amazing colour! Ellisha wasn’t happy with how the first toner turned out so she kindly took time out to put another one on and then still had time to style it beautifully after. Everyone was so friendly and I will definately be back.
