From the moment I walked into Tranquility I felt totally relaxed and very much looking forward to having my hair done.
Tara talked through what it was I was after and really listened to me asking questions and making sure she understood.
She was very thorough and talked through each stage of the process making sure I was happy before leaving the salon.
I asked her about some curl cream and she recommend the one I bought as she felt it would be the best one from what I was describing.
It was a real treat for me today, some ME time and it was absolutely perfect.

Tara is always so friendly and cut and styled my daughter’s hair beautifully , takes time and makes sure she is happy . Ellisha also chatted and book my eldest for her colour and took time to know what she needed and Becky in reception is always so smiley and helpful . I had another amazing experience, lilly did a fantastic job on the colour I am so happy with it, and chlorine also did an amazing job on the massage straighten and style.

My first visit, and a bit nervous but Tara made me feel so welcomed. A drink was offered and I had a beautiful shampoo which left me feeling very relaxed and fresh. I then sat down ready for my cut and had a consultation with Tara about what I wanted done. Having a good chat throughout my cut and blow dry was lovely. Feeling relaxed and enjoying my papmer the experience is just amazing. Products were explained before use and the finishing tpuch is just amazing.
