Tranquillity Hair

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with tranquility this morning. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Ellis was able to give me styling advice and recommendations as to what would work best for my hair and put me at ease throughout my appointment. I also received a hair wash and massage from Tori, which was a lovely added bonus! Looking forward to going back for my next appointment!

Loved today’s visit for my 8 week cut and finish with the fabulous Ellis who is so professional and talented. See you again in June ?

I really enjoy my visits to Tranquility, time away from humdrum and a short burst of ‘me’ time. As for Sams head massage, to die for.

Tilly is a wonderful asset to your team. She has such a calming presence about her, friendly and easy to talk to.
I especially like that she knew exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't explain it properly.

My trips to Tranquillity are always very pleasant. I have a lovely hairdresser who cuts my hair exactly as I like it and all the other staff are friendly and caring about my hearing and mobility issues. I highly recommend them all.

Sorry can't remember her name but she has as lovely. A really kind girl with great communication, very polite, kind and intelligent. Her hair cutting was also excellent - from the mess that arrived to bouncing locks that left, just great and everyone said so when I got home.
A real asset to your team, perfect.

Brilliant cut

As always a lovely experience in relaxed surroundings. Always made to feel welcome. Kate goes above and beyond to ensure she understands my requirements. I have had my hair cut at Tranquillity for many years but on this visit I had my hair coloured. Kate listened to what was required and the result was brilliant. I am very happy with the colour. I would highly recommend this salon.

This was the first time I'd visited Tranquility, the service was excellent, every therapist smiles and acknowledges you if they walk past your station, and although everyone is busy they notice small things, was offered more drink as soon as mine was finished, they are so friendly and accommodating, really felt looked after. Tranquility have nailed customer service, it's top notch.
And to top it off Ellisha makes magic happen, my hair hadn't been cut or coloured for a while so she had her work cut out! I could not be happier with how it turned out! Absolutely great experience all round. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Xx

I stupidly put a permanent colour on my hair and it went greenish. Dulcie worked miracles and it looks amazing with no judgement. I love everyone at tranquility.

My hair is in the best condition it’s ever been, despite being very blonde. Ellisha is such a talented colour technician who goes above and beyond to make you feel good ?

Due to the fact that I have a back problem I couldn’t manage to wash my hair this week so I called Tranquility and asked if they could help
I called at 2pm and by 3.30 my hair had been washed, dried and my fringe cut
